Namun, seringkali terlihat sulit dan berat untuk diucapkan. Entah karena lupa, malu, ataupun gengsi saat mengucapkannya.Tidak hanya diberikan untuk orang lain, tetapi ucapan ini ternyata sangat baik ditujukan kepada diri sendiri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sudah berapa kali kamu mengucap terima kasih untuk dirimu? Kapan terakhir kali kamu berterima kasih kepada dirimu? Atau ternyata, selama ini kamu belum pernah mengucapkan terima kasih untuk dirimu sendiri?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Setiap orang tentu pernah berada dalam keadaan yg sangat lelah akibat sudah melakukan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">banyak pekerjaan di hari tersebut. Tapi coba kita renungkan kembali, di hari itu kita benar-benar hebat karena sudah melalui rintangan yang terjadi. Terlepas berhasil atau tidak, yang terpenting adalah kita sudah mau mempertahankan mata untuk melihat, tangan untuk bekerja, kaki untuk melangkah, dan jiwa yang senantiasa bersyukur. Betapa hebatnya kita yang mampu bertahan di tengah badai cobaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dengan berterimakasih kepada diri sendiri, tidak lantas membuat kita berpuas diri. Namun sebaliknya, justru membuat seseorang menjadi pribadi yang rendah hati, lebih bahagia, dan berpikir positif. Hal ini dikarenakan, mengucap terima kasih merupakan tanda dari sebuah rasa syukur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, beberapa penelitian juga membenarkan bahwa ucapan terima kasih dapat membuat seseorang lebih bahagia dan senantiasa berpikir positif.\u00a0 Menurut riset Psychological Science dari Florida State University Tallahassee mengatakan, &#8220;Ketika seseorang mengekspresikan ucapan terima kasih maka Ia terfokus pada hal baik yang telah dilakukan sehingga dapat menumbuhkan pikiran positif dan membantunya untuk fokus pada jalan yang benar,&#8221; kata Nathaniel Lambert pemimpin riset tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Riset di atas menunjukkan bahwa kata terima kasih secara spontan dapat membuat seseorang mendapat energi positif. Hal ini tentu berdampak baik untuk kita yang\u00a0 tidak ada asa ataupun yang tengah semangat berjuang. Sehingga, dapat menjadi motivasi agar kita tidak mudah menyerah saat terjebak dalam kondisi terpuruk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terdapat beberapa manfaat lain yang diperoleh saat seseorang mengucapkan terima kasih untuk dirinya sendiri. Dilansir dari jurnal kecantikan milik sociolla, beberapa manfaat tersebut adalah tidur terasa lebih nyenyak karena pikiran yang tenang, meningkatkan kesehatan jantung, serta meningkatkan produktivitas akibat munculnya perasaan lebih dihargai yang memacu kita untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan dengan lebih baik lagi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oleh karena itu mulai hari ini, marilah kita coba untuk mengucapkan terima kasih kepada diri sendiri. Hal ini dapat dilakukan saat kita bercermin baik bangun tidur di pagi hari atau sebelum tidur di malam hari. Cobalah menghadap cermin, tatap kedua bola matamu, berikan senyum terindahmu, berikan sedikit sentuhan di kepala atau di pundak, lalu ucapkan terima kasih untuk <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">segala kebaikan yang kamu lakukan kepada hidupmu dan orang lain.
