Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) menginovasikan sebuah alat konsentrator oksigen yang didemokan sekaligus dilakukan <em>soft launching <\/em>di Gedung Rektorat ITS, Jumat (6\/8).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam sambutannya, Rektor ITS Prof Dr Ir Mochamad Ashari MEng menyatakan Oxygen Concentrator ITS (OXITS) dapat mengganti peran tabung oksigen yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Lalu udara akan dikompresi untuk meningkatkan tekanan udara. \u201cSelama proses kompresi, mekanisme pendingin terus berjalan agar menjaga konsentrator dari <em>overheating<\/em> dan meningkatkan performa PSA,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kemudian, lanjut Taufany, nitrogen yang terkandung dalam udara akan diserap oleh filter zeolite untuk memurnikan udara.
