Kampus ITS, ITS News \u2014<\/b> Seiring perkembangan zaman, model bisnis terus bertransformasi dan merambah ke dunia digital. Salah satunya ialah pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Melihat itu, Wakil Kepala Pusat Penelitian AI dan Teknologi Kesehatan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Dr Ir Adhi Dharma Wibawa ST MT membagikan bagaimana AI pada <\/span>big data<\/span><\/i> dapat mendukung bisnis yang adaptif.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dalam era informasi saat ini, Adhi menjelaskan jika bisnis harus dikelola secara adaptif. Pelaku bisnis mesti melakukan manajemen bisnis lewat antisipasi langkah dan strategi di masa mendatang untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adhi menyebutkan, proses mengorganisir bisnis dengan AI disebut dengan Business Intelligence (BI). Terdapat lima tahapan dalam menerapkan BI yakni layanan, transformasi digital, penyimpanan data, proses analisis, dan pengembangan yang kemudian kembali lagi pada tahap awal membentuk sebuah siklus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adhi mencontohkan, data mengenai perilaku pembeli akan terbentuk setelah menjalankan layanan bisnis dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Selanjutnya data tersebut dapat dianalisis jika datanya telah diubah menjadi data digital pada penyimpanan data.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr Ir Adhi Dharma Wibawa ST MT mengisi webinar Implementation of Artificial Intelligence for Big Data, Sabtu (19\/6).Lebih lanjut, data digital akan diolah dengan AI melalui proses identifikasi, pengelompokan, dan pencarian anomali. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki sistem pada proses periode berikutnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dengan adanya proses tersebut, maka risiko kegagalan dalam bisnis akan berkurang lantaran hasil analisis AI mampu memberikan gambaran prediksi di masa mendatang. \u201cSehingga dengan memanfaatkan AI dalam big data, maka bisnis dapat menjadi adaptif di masa mendatang,\u201d tambahnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Menurutnya, AI sendiri merupakan kecerdasan yang dibuat pada komputer untuk meniru kemampuan manusia. Melalui bahasa pemrograman, AI dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengelompokkan data dari karakteristiknya, melakukan pencarian anomali data, memprediksikan kondisi dari hasil data, serta untuk optimalisasi kinerja suatu sistem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pemanfaatan AI ini sangat berdampak pada penghematan tenaga kerja, biaya, dan waktu. Hal tersebut lantaran mampu memproses data dalam jumlah besar tanpa mengalami kelelahan ataupun melakukan komplain. “Dengan kemampuan tersebut, AI dapat membantu meringankan beban pebisnis yang semula menggunakan metode konvensional,” ungkap Adhi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apalagi kondisi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini mengharuskan semua kegiatan bertransformasi menjadi daring. \u201cSehingga menghasilkan banyak data digital yang perlu diproses dan memerlukan kecerdasan buatan untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia,\u201d tutur Koordinator Bidang Telematika Program Pascasarjana Departemen Teknik Elektro ITS tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terakhir, Adhi menyampaikan jika AI dapat diterapkan pada hampir seluruh sendi kehidupan manusia dengan kondisi tertentu. \u201cPemilihan algoritma yang sesuai pada AI mampu memberikan solusi untuk mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik, tak terkecuali pada bisnis yang sedang dilakoni,\u201d pungkasnya. <\/span>(*)<\/b><\/p>\n
