Mengulas hal ini lebih dalam, Ombudsman Republik Indonesia (RI)\u00a0 Provinsi Jawa Timur (Jatim) memaparkan sistem dan standar pelayanan publik yang ideal, Kamis (17\/6).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Perwakilan Ombudsman RI Provinsi Jatim, Achmad Azmi Musyaddad SIp MIp memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya terhadap ITS yang berani untuk merealisasikan FKP-nya. Melalui langkah ini, Azmi, sapaan akrabnya, berharap ITS dapat selangkah lebih maju untuk mendeklarasikan diri sebagai zona integritas dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan publik. \u201cPelayanan publik di ITS sendiri sudah sangat baik dan memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan,\u201d ungkapnya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Penilaian Azmi ini sendiri didasarkan pada pemantauan serta susunan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">draft<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> layanan publik ITS yang telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang (UU) No. 25 tahun 2009. Berdasar UU tentang Pelayanan Publik tersebut, kelengkapan berkas, alur pengaduan, serta sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan ITS tergolong baik. \u201cKarena ITS sebagai fasilitator, maka perlu juga mengacu pada rujukan dasar yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pria kelahiran Surabaya ini menyebut, hal ini harus diperhatikan agar pelayanan publik di Indonesia terhindar dari berbagai problematika ketidaklayakan, seperti lemahnya pengawasan yang bermuara pada masalah-masalah kedisiplinan. \u201cAkibat lain yang sering terjadi adalah pelayanan yang masih naratif dan minimnya akses pengaduan masyarakat yang disediakan fasilitator,\u201d sambungnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sebaliknya, Azmi menyampaikan bahwa selain dari sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan, pelayanan publik yang ideal dapat dilihat dari integritas pihak-pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya.
