Di mana ikan makarel dari industri tersebut banyak tereliminasi karena ukuran yang tidak memenuhi standar industri. \u201cMeskipun begitu, sebenarnya ikan ini memiliki nutrisi yang sama, masih segar, dan layak diolah,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lebih lanjut, Fakhrudin menyampaikan bahwa inovasi dari Ngebul Darjo ini adalah dari pengolahannya. Biasanya ikan asap menggunakan ikan cakalang atau ikan tuna. Namun Ngebul Darjo mampu mengolah ikan makarel tersebut menjadi ikan asap yang memiliki cita rasa khas dibandingkan dengan olahan ikan asap pada umumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fakhrudin menambahkan, Ngebul Darjo menggunakan pengawetan asap batok kelapa yang menjadikan produk mereka memiliki aroma asap yang khas dari ikan makarel. Untuk ketahannya jika disimpan dalam <em>freezer <\/em>bisa bertahan hingga dua bulan. \u201cAdapun harganya, kami mematok mulai Rp 20 ribu sampai Rp 40 ribu,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bisnis inovatif inipun telah diikutkan dalam kompetisi Edutainer Nusantara Fair (ENF) Indonesia dan harus melalui seleksi yang cukup ketat dalam waktu dua bulan. Mulai dari seleksi tahap abstrak, proposal, finalis, hingga presentasi secara daring. \u201d<em>Alhamdulillah<\/em>, dengan persaingan yang sangat kompetitif tersebut kami bisa meraih (medali) perak di ajang ini,\u201d tutur Fakhrudin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ngebul Darjo menuai banyak apresiasi dari konsumen hingga dewan juri selama kompetisi ENF. Selain merupakan produk olahan ikan dengan bumbu tradisional khas Indonesia, Ngebul Darjo juga menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mendukung kampanye gemar makan ikan oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) RI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ke depannya Ngebul Darjo berencana mendaftarkan produk mereka ke ITS Food agar cita rasanya bisa menyentuh banyak mahasiswa dan tenaga pendidik ITS. Mereka juga berencana mengembangkan ide bisnis ini di kompetisi bisnis lain untuk menggaet banyak pendanaan. \u201cDalam skala yang lebih luas kami juga ingin memberdayakan masyarakat di sekitar Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk tergabung dalam produksi Ngebul Darjo,\u201d ungkap Fakhrudin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Terakhir, tim Ngebul Darjo berharap bisnis ini mendapat dukungan dari ITS baik dari sertifikasi halal maupun sertifikasi HaKi, dan bisa turut berkembang di inkubator bisnis ITS. \u201cDengan hal ini, harapannya bisa membuka kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan antara PTN (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, red) dengan mahasiswanya,\u201d pungkasnya. <strong>(HUMAS ITS) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Reporter: Shinta Ulwiya<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kampus ITS, ITS News &#8211; Indonesia sebagai penghasil food waste tertinggi kedua di dunia, nyatanya justru bisa menjadi potensi untuk berwirausaha.
