Kali ini, lima mahasiswa dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/kimia\/id\/beranda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departemen Kimia ITS<\/a> berhasil mengangkat sebuah ide bisnis Makanan Pendamping ASI (MPASI) bebas gluten berbahan dasar buah mangrove yang aman dikonsumsi oleh semua bayi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">MPASI yang banyak beredar di pasaran saat ini mengandung protein berupa gluten karena masih berbasis tepung terigu dan tidak semua bayi dapat mengonsumsi gluten. \u201cGluten dapat menimbulkan gangguan jaringan saraf dan fungsi otak bagi bayi penderita autisme dan penyakit celiac,\u201d ungkap Miftahul Jannah, ketua tim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Melalui gagasan inovatif tersebut, Miftahul bersama empat rekannya yaitu Sarazen Shalahuddin Akbar, Widya Anastasya Ningtiyas, Nova Ainur Rohma, dan Ardi Lukman Hakim, telah berhasil meraih medali silver dalam kompetisi <em>Business Plan<\/em> yang diadakan <a href=\"https:\/\/enfindonesia.id\/profil-enf-indonesia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Edutainer Nusantara Fair (ENF) 2021<\/a>. \u201cSalah satu bahan pangan bebas gluten yang bernutrisi tinggi ialah buah mangrove,\u201d ujar mahasiswi angkatan 2019 ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lebih dalam, Miftahul menjelaskan, buah mangrove yang digunakan ialah yang berjenis lindur karena kandungan nutrisinya tinggi dan dapat diolah menjadi tepung. RooveBites memiliki dua varian produk, yaitu RooveBites Porridge berupa bubur untuk bayi berusia di bawah 6-12 bulan dan RooveBites Toddler berbentuk biskuit untuk bayi berusia di atas 12 bulan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dipaparkan Miftahul, sebelum diolah menjadi bubur dan biskuit, buah mangrove terlebih dahulu diproses menjadi tepung. Pada tahap awal buah akan direbus selama 20 menit kemudian dikupas dan dipotong. Setelah digiling, buah akan berbentuk tepung yang kemudian akan dicampurkan dengan Glycine max. \u201cTepung inilah yang kemudian diolah menjadi bubur instan dan biskuit yang pengolahannya seperti pada umumnya,\u201d jelas alumnus SMAN 1 Sukoharjo ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dari segi kemasan, RooveBites menggunakan kemasan berbahan aluminium foil.
