{"id":5863,"date":"2008-01-20T07:02:37","date_gmt":"2008-01-20T07:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2008\/01\/20\/quality-management-kupas-rasa-dalam-pemasaran-jasa\/"},"modified":"2008-01-20T07:02:37","modified_gmt":"2008-01-20T07:02:37","slug":"quality-management-kupas-rasa-dalam-pemasaran-jasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/quality-management-kupas-rasa-dalam-pemasaran-jasa\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality Management, Kupas Rasa dalam Pemasaran Jasa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inilah pernyataan yang disampaikan Ari Basuki, Direktur Perencanaan dan Pemasaran PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB) Service dalam Seminar Nasional Quality Management Teknik Industri, Sabtu (19\/1). Membawakan materi tentang <em>Quality Management in Improvement Service Sector,<\/em> Ari berbagi pengalaman tentang kiat-kiat mengembangkan sektor pelayanan jasa dengan fokus pengelolaan <em>asset management.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ari, aspek rasa yang dimaksud dalam produk jasa di sini meliputi rasa puas, tenang, dan aman bila seorang <em>user <\/em>atau <em>customer<\/em> memanfaatkan sebuah layanan jasa. Dan penilaian pada aspek rasa ini sangatlah relatif. &quot;Yakni tergantung pada sentuhan personal <em>user<\/em> atau pembeli jasa sendiri,&quot; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Meski bersifat relatif, lanjut Ari, bukan berarti kita tak bisa menentukan apa yang akan dirasakan seorang pembeli. Memang, rasa ini bisa berasal dari sifat produknya sendiri. Tapi, rasa juga dapat di-<em>create<\/em> secara khusus. &quot;Gambarannya, bisa jadi pacar kita tak suka kita. Namun, kita sebenarnya dapat meng-<em>create<\/em> bagaimana agar sang pacar tertarik pada kita,&quot; tutur Ari.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam meng-<em>create<\/em> rasa inilah sebuah <em>trigger<\/em> diperlukan. Apa itu? Ari menegaskan bahwa <em>trigger<\/em> tersebut adalah aspek komunikasi. Karena aspek ini merupakan media untuk menyampaikan informasi-informasi dalam kemasan yang tepat, yang akhirnya akan men-stimulir timbulnya rasa. &quot;Dampak yang timbul bisa positif, bisa juga negatif, tergantung cara dan teknik komunikasi yang digunakan,&quot; imbuh pria paruh baya itu.<\/p>\n<p>Kuatnya sisi<em> ingetable<\/em> yang ditentukan rasa, membuat mutu dalam suatu produk jasa juga bersifat <em>intangible<\/em> dan sangat terkorelasi dengan aspek rasa. Artinya, jika rasa tergantung dari <em>customer <\/em>maka acuan mutu yang dipakai pun adalah mutu menurut <em>customer (customer percieved value<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Ari mencontohkan, seseorang yang tinggal di Jakarta mungkin saja menjahitkan baju ke kota Bandung karena merasa lebih <em>sreg<\/em> dengan penjahit langganannya di sana. Meski sebenarnya di Jakarta sendiri banyak tersedia penjahit baju. &quot;Inilah contoh dari <em>customer percieved value<\/em>. Kalau sudah demikian aspek harga tak dihiraukan lagi. Berapa pun, dia pasti mau membayar,&quot; jelas Ari panjang lebar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Asset Management <\/strong><\/em><strong>dalam Pemasaran Jasa<\/strong><br \/>Lalu apa hubungannya dengan <em>asset management<\/em>? Menjawab pertanyaan ini Ari mengungkapkan bahwa esensi sebenarnya dalam mengelola pemasaran jasa adalah optimalisasi pengelolaan <em>asset,<\/em> baik <em>asset<\/em> fisik seperti peralatan keras, maupun <em>asset intangible<\/em> yang berupa <em>human resource<\/em> dan <em>knowledge<\/em>. &quot;Karena pendekatan standar mutu sebenarnya terfokus pada Mutu Layanan Pengelolaan <em>Asset.<\/em> Bila ini diabaikan maka pasar akan terjebak dalam persaingan harga yang melelahkan,&quot; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Ari kemudian memaparkan panjang lebar tentang <em>asset management<\/em>, alasan dibutuhkan, serta <em>goal<\/em> atau tujuannya. Tak ketinggalan dalam presentasinya, Ari juga menampilkan grafik-grafik yang bersifat teknis seperti <em>Risk on Cost CM \/ PM Optimization dan Framework Manajemen Outage.<br \/><\/em><br \/>Seminar Nasional Quality Management yang dihadiri 90 peserta dari berbagai perguruan tinggi dan perusahaan di Indonesia ini dimotori oleh Stathistichal and Managerial Decission Laboratory (SMDL) Teknik Industri ITS. Hadir pula sebagai <em>keynote speaker <\/em>dalam seminar ini M Khoirul Anwar MSi dari Komisi Pelayanan Publik Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, Viktor Y Santoso mewakili Minitab Co Indonesia, dan Fauzi Arif selaku Direktur PT Guentner Indonesia.
