Bogor, ITS News \u2013 <\/b>Di era industri saat ini, generasi milenial ditantang untuk mengasah kemampuan manajemen bisnis dalam mengembangkan pembangunan industri di Indonesia. Selaras dengan hal itu, Ikatan Alumni Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (Alfatekelits) Jabodetabek mengadakan kegiatan Business Management Development Program (BMDP) for Millennials di Jambuluwuk Convention Hall & Resort, Bogor, Jumat (2\/4) lalu.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Alfatekelits Jabodetabek, Heru Hermawan ST MM, memaparkan bahwa kegiatan yang bertemakan Maritime New and Renewable Energy ini diikuti oleh 38 orang yang terdiri dari 20 peserta daring\u00a0 dan 18 peserta luring. Para peserta ini merupakan mahasiswa dan alumni Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan (FTK) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). \u201dUntuk peserta luring diwajibkan <\/span>rapid test<\/span><\/i> dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan selama kegiatan,\u201d imbuh Heru, sapaan akrabnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alumni Departemen Teknik Sistem Perkapalan ITS ini menjelaskan, kegiatan BMDP yang berlangsung selama tiga hari ini membahas konsep dasar strategi bisnis dan perusahaan finansial. Strategi bisnis yang dimaksud adalah membuat suatu keunikan pada perusahaan sehingga menghasilkan nilai yang bermakna bagi target pengguna. Adapun pada konsep perusahaan finansial, peserta diberikan pengetahuan dalam menganalisis proposal investasi dan pemahaman mengenai Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). \u201cSemua materi disampaikan secara lugas dan sederhana agar peserta mudah untuk menyerap,\u201d tambahnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heru menerangkan bahwa untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih nyata, peserta diajak untuk berdiskusi dengan beberapa direksi perusahaan di Indonesia, yaitu Arif Widodo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Perta Arun Gas, juga Adhy Santoso sebagai CEO PT Innovez One, serta Direktur Armada PT Pertamina International Shipping, I Putu Puja Astawa. \u201cDiskusi dengan para direksi ini berjalan sangat dinamis melalui aplikasi Zoom,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pria kelahiran tahun 1977 ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengetahuan manajemen bisnis juga harus disatukan dengan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Oleh karena itu, BMDP juga mengundang Mayor Jenderal Purnawirawan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), Herwin Suparjo untuk menguatkan rasa cinta tanah air serta nilai persatuan dan kesatuan Indonesia pada peserta. \u201cHal ini juga menjadi faktor penting untuk mendukung pembangunan industri nasional,\u201d tegas Heru.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pada akhir wawancara, Heru menuturkan bahwa kegiatan BMDP ini berhasil menghasilkan empat ide bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang edukasi. Ide bisnis ini nantinya akan dikembangkan pada inkubasi bisnis sebagai tindak lanjut BMDP tahun ini. \u201cHarapannya BMDP bisa menjadi perwujudan visi Alfatekelits dalam meningkatkan peran ITS di bidang pembangunan maritim di Indonesia,\u201d pungkasnya.
