Guna maksimalkan hasil pengukuran teknik fotogrametri yang lebih akurat dan berkualitas, <em>Photogrametry Vision and Image Analysis <\/em>(PVIA) Departemen Teknik Geomatika Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) gelar webinar bertema \u201c<em>Quality and Accuracy Evaluation of LOD-1 3D Building Models\u201d<\/em> pada Jumat (26\/3).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Alumnus Teknik Geomatika ITS, Theo Prastomo Soedarmodjo menjelaskan, fotogrametri dapat dideskripsikan sebagai teknik pemetaan yang dilakukan melalui metode foto udara. Untuk meningkatkan hasil pengukuran menggunakan metode fotogrametri, dapat dilakukan upaya rekontruksi model <em>Level of Detail-1 <\/em>(LOD-1) tiga dimensi. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu penggalian data baik data <em>Digital Surface Model <\/em>(DSM) maupun <em>Digital Terrain Model<\/em> (DTM).<\/p>\n<p>Secara sederhana, DSM merupakan model permukaan digital yang dapat menampilkan ketinggian suatu permukaan, misalnya bangunan dan pepohonan. Sedangkan, DTM sendiri adalah bentuk digital dari permukaan tanah yang tidak memuat obyek diatasnya. Setelah penggalian data, tahapan selanjutnya adalah <em>Object Height Model <\/em>(OHM) <em>extraction<\/em> atau pengekstrakan model ketinggian obyek. \u201cSecara matematis, OHM adalah DSM dikurangi dengan DTM,\u201d ujar Theo.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, dilakukan tahap <em>resample <\/em>OHM yaitu melakukan pengambilan sampel ulang dari model ketinggian obyek. Spesialis geomatika ini menyebutkan, perlunya melakukan tahapan tersebut disebabkan adanya kemungkinan perbedaan resolusi pada obyek yang diambil, sehingga harus dilakukan sampel ulang agar mendapatkan resolusi yang sama. &#8220;Langkah ini umumnya menggunakan filter kuwahara untuk mendapatkan foto dengan resolusi yang lebih jelas,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah dilakukan <em>resample<\/em>, langkah berikutnya ialah segmentasi. Langkah ini berguna untuk mengklasifikasikan obyek dengan ketinggian yang berbeda. Dalam mencari hasil segmentasi, dosen Institut Teknologi Sumatra tersebut menggunakan prosedur perhitungan berupa algoritma dengan memasukkan data citra <em>pseuducolor<\/em> dan derajat keabuan model ketinggian obyek.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun perangkat lunak yang digunakannya yaitu <em>chessboard segmentation<\/em> dimana akan dilakukan proses kualifikasi yang memisahkan antara bangunan atau bukan bangunan, sehingga didapatkan <em>object building <\/em>yang diinginkan. \u201cDari sana, kita dapat melakukan multi-resolusi segmentasi dari data awal hingga mendapatkan hasil segmentasi,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dari proses segmentasi, akan berlanjut pada tahap penyederhanaan dan regularisasi agar hasil segmentasi lebih umum dan tegas garis bangunannya. Setelahnya, Theo mengubah <em>building footprints<\/em> yang dihasilkan menjadi bentuk rekontruksi model bangunan tiga dimensi dengan tingkat detail yang lebih akurat.
