Namun, terdapat beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan agar pelaksanaannya dapat maksimal. Pembahasan mengenai hal tersebut dijelaskan lebih lanjut di acara <em>Talent Management School<\/em> yang diadakan oleh Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) pada Minggu (14\/3).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Human Resource Hoshizora Foundation, Muhammad Zaim Hanif menerangkan bahwa terdapat tiga proses yang harus dilakukan agar <em>talent management<\/em> dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target organisasi. Diantaranya ialah, cara mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai, cara mengembangkan kompetensinya, dan cara menjaganya dalam organisasi. \u201cMasing-masing proses tersebut memiliki cara yang berbeda untuk memaksimalkan kegiatannya,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Zaim memaparkan, biasanya suatu organisasi akan melakukan rekrutmen terbuka untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai. Rekrutmen tersebut terbuka bagi siapapun yang ingin bergabung. \u201cSaat melakukan seleksi wawancara, pastikan kita memilih kandidat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi itu sendiri,\u201d papar pembicara lulusan Teknik Fisika ini.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretaris Jenderal Keluarga Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (Sekjen KM ITB), Ilham Muzakki juga menambahkan bahwa ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam melakukan wawancara kepada para pendaftar suatu organisasi. Ia menuturkan, pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada para pendaftar harus objektif dan hindari subjektivitas. \u201cHendaknya kita juga bersikap profesional dan menghormati kandidat,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_56717\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-56717\" style=\"width: 1366px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-56717\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2.png 1366w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/foto2-355x200.png 355w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1366px) 100vw, 1366px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-56717\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ilham Muzakki saat menjelaskan pentingnya proses orientasi dalam suatu organisasi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Apabila telah mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai, cara untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mereka dapat dilakukan melalui adanya pelatihan, seminar, diskusi antar staf, pendampingan, dan bimbingan. \u201cUntuk menjaga keterikatan antar staf, maka diperlukan pertemuan rutin setiap minggu atau bulan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Namun jika ingin lebih maksimal, maka pengembangan kompetensi staf dapat berupa pembelajaran melalui pengalaman kerja mereka dalam organisasi tersebut. Hasil kerja dari para staf ini nantinya menggambarkan besarnya komitmen mereka dalam menjalankan suatu organisasi.<\/p>\n<p>People Development PT Dirgantara Indonesia, Zelina Venesia juga menyampaikan tips untuk menjaga komitmen para staf dalam suatu organisasi. Ia menjelaskan, diperlukan upaya dari organisasi itu sendiri untuk memberikan penghargaan dan apresiasi kepada staf agar meningkatkan motivasi mereka. \u201cKarena dalam suatu organisasi kita bekerja secara sukarela, maka dengan apresiasi kita dibayar,\u201d tutur wanita kelahiran Bandung ini.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, untuk menjaga komitmen staf juga dibutuhkan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Maka, perlu dilakukan penyesuaian budaya, pengenalan sistem kerja, dan pengenalan antar tim kepada staf yang masih baru. \u201cJangan langsung diberi pekerjaan karena itu akan membuat mereka kaget nantinya,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa langkah dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia pada suatu organisasi dinilai harus senantiasa dilakukan.
