Melihat hal tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat (Abmas) Departemen Sistem Informasi (SI) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) berinisiatif melaksanakan pelatihan daring pembuatan video bertema \u201cStorytelling<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> untuk guru dan orang tua siswa PAUD.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kepala Laboratorium Infrastruktur dan Keamanan Teknologi Informasi (IKTI) Departemen SI ITS, Dr Bambang Setiawan SKom MT menerangkan, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">storytelling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> atau bercerita sendiri merupakan kompetensi yang perlu dikuasai oleh anak. Melalui bercerita, anak dilatih untuk berkomunikasi di depan banyak orang. \u201cAnak juga dilatih untuk berpikir kreatif dalam memilih tema, menjawab pertanyaan seputar cerita yang dibawakan, hingga menjadi pendengar yang baik,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hal tersebut dikatakan Bambang menjadi landasan pemilihan tema pelatihan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara bertahap. Pada tahap pertama, peserta mendapatkan video dan salinan digital materi pembelajaran sebelum pelatihan dilakukan. \u201cSedangkan pada tahap kedua, peserta mengikuti demonstrasi materi melalui media konferensi video selama dua hari,\u201d lanjutnya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut, Bambang memaparkan bahwa materi yang diajarkan meliputi penyuntingan video bercerita<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">menggunakan komputer, laptop, serta gawai. Selain materi, Bambang mengaku, peserta difasilitasi pendampingan melalui grup media sosial. \u201cSehingga peserta dapat langsung berdiskusi dan mencoba kembali materi yang diajarkan pada pelatihan,\u201d ucap dosen Sistem Informasi ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hasilnya, pelatihan tersebut dikatakan oleh Bambang menuai respon positif peserta. Ia dan tim pun mampu menarik kesimpulan bahwa materi pembuatan video dengan gawai lebih sesuai untuk peserta pelatihan tersebut. \u201cTim Abmas Departemen SI siap mendampingi kembali jika para guru dan orang tua membutuhkan pelatihan lebih lanjut di masa mendatang,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ia juga merasa bersyukur atas terlaksananya pelatihan pada November lalu ini. Diikuti oleh guru dan orang tua siswa dari TK dan PAUD PPT Keputih Ceria, Surabaya, Bambang menaruh harapan pada pengaruh pelatihan tersebut. \u201cSemoga materi tersebut bisa diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran di TK dan PAUD oleh peserta,\u201d pungkasnya.
