Melalui Unit Pengembangan Smart Eco Campus (PSEC), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) beberkan kiat memasak makanan sehat guna meningkatkan stamina dan imunitas tubuh.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Susi Agustina Wilujeng ST MT, Ketua Unit PSEC ITS mengungkapkan, dalam webinar bertajuk Memasak Sehat, Lokal dan Organik, ITS menggandeng Ummi Rochma, seorang penggiat pangan sehat dan lokal, sebagai narasumbernya. \u201cWebinar ini diikuti 230 peserta yang sangat antusias dengan pertanyaan yang penting dan berbobot,\u201d kenangnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menurut Susi, sapaan akrabnya, untuk mendapatkan makanan sehat diperlukan prinsip memasak yang sehat pula. Alat dan bahan yang bersih serta cara memasak yang benar merupakan kunci utamanya. \u201cBahan makanan instan harus dihindari. Di kondisi saat ini, sangat dianjurkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang mengandung protein dan karbohidrat,\u201d tuturnya mengingat webinar pada 18 Juli lalu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pada sesi memasak, lanjut Susi, peserta diberikan lima resep jenis makanan sehat. Contoh kecilnya adalah ketika memasak sayur. Tak hanya sekadar merebus, kematangan sayur pun perlu diperhatikan agar tidak menghilangkan kandungan vitamin di dalamnya. \u201cMinyak pun harus digunakan secara bijak, karena memiliki kandungan kolesterol jahat yang berbahaya bagi tubuh,\u201d tegasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di akhir perbincangan bersama Tim ITS Online, Susi berpesan agar masyarakat dapat memilah makanan yang baik dan aman di tengah pandemi saat ini. Hal tersebut dapat dimulai dengan membiasakan membaca komposisi bahan makanan yang dibeli. \u201cKita harus belajar untuk lebih peduli mengenai kandungan gizi, kalori, vitamin serta mineral yang dibutuhkan tubuh guna meningkatkan imun,\u201d ujarnya mengingatkan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, sambungnya, dengan mengupayakan untuk memasak sendiri akan meminimalisir dampak buruk yang dapat terjadi. \u201cCovid-19 merupakan virus yang mudah menyebar melalui droplet, membeli makanan di luar belum dapat menjamin kebersihannya,\u201d terang Susi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dalam waktu dekat, tim PSEC ITS akan kembali menggelar webinar untuk ketiga kalinya dengan mengangkat tema Berkebun Sayur di Rumah Guna Meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan. Susi berharap masyarakat, khususnya civitas akademika ITS memiliki pemahaman tentang hidup sehat yang dimulai dengan asupan makanan yang sehat. \u201cHal tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan bumi,\u201d pungkasnya.
