Karena merupakan alat yang memudahkan pelanggan memperoleh informasi sebuah instansi. Pandangan inilah yang kini sedang dikembangkan biro-biro di ITS, salah satunya dengan menggelar workshop, Kamis (7\/12). Acara ini dihadiri seluruh Kepala Bagian (Kabag) dan Kepala Sub Bagian (Kasubbag) biro ITS.<\/p>\n<p>Saat membuka acara, Ir Agus Gunaryo,  perwakilan BAPSI, mengatakan untuk kedepan website dapat menjadi media utama penyampaian data dan informasi dari tiap unit yang ada di ITS. \u201cApa yang disampaikan pada workshop kali ini diharapkan bisa menjadi wacana sebagai masukan untuk mengembangkan website yang sudah ada,\u201d tandas Agus.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, pembicara lain, Andhika Estiyono ST, mengatakan website diharapkan mampu mewujudkan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan. Tak hanya menyampaikan informasi, tapi lebih dituntut mampu melayani segala kepentingan di tiap unit biro. &quot;Website seharusnya mudah dan menyenangkan, seolah kita masuk dalam hotel, atau pusat perbelanjaan. Dimana seseorang merasa betah, mudah, dan mendapat manfaat yang menyenangkan,&quot; komentar dosen Desain Produk ITS ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besarnya Antusiasme Peserta<\/strong><br \/>Tak jauh berbeda dengan Workshop Analisis Jabatan yang digelar sehari sebelumnya. Acara kali ini juga diiringi antusiasme tinggi peserta. Terbukti, banyaknya pertanyaan dan saran yang dilontarkan peserta ke penyaji materi. \u201cWorkshop ini memang saat tepat untuk menambah wawasan tim kami dalam mengembangkan website tiap biro, \u201d kata Murtriyono, salah seorang peserta.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, acara ini juga dimanfaatkan untuk mensosialisasikan website milik Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK), Biro Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan (BAUK) serta BAPSI sendiri.
