Masih bernuansa Hari Gizi dan Makanan Nasional, mari bersama menjadi pribadi yang lebih cerdas dalam mengolah asupan nutrisi.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jauh sebelum hari ini, ketika Indonesia berada di awal kemerdekaan, kondisi kesehatan masyarakat masih sangat memprihatinkan. Kemiskinan sangat tinggi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya makanan sehat sangat rendah. Terwujudnya hari ini tak lepas dari perjuangan para ahli gizi dan makanan pada awal kemerdekaan. Salah satunya yaitu Bapak Gizi Nasional Indonesia, Prof Poerwo Soedarmo yang banyak mencurahkan tenaga dan waktunya demi mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tanggal 25 Januari diperingati sebagai Hari Gizi dan Makanan Nasional. Tepat pada tanggal yang sama tahun 1951, didirikan Sekolah Juru Penerang Makanan oleh Prof Poerwo Soedarmo. Sekolah tersebut hadir untuk memberikan pendidikan gizi pada masyarakat. Berkat perjuangan mereka, masyarakat Indonesia menjadi leluasa untuk mengonsumsi makanan bergizi. Sayangnya, seiring perkembangan zaman masih banyak dari kita yang kurang sadar dan tak acuh akan pentingnya makanan bergizi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menurut Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat yang ditulis oleh Vilda Ana Veria Setyawati dan Maryani Setyowati, remaja akhir seperti mahasiswa kurang memperhatikan asupan nutrisinya. Mereka cenderung melewatkan sarapan, gemar mengonsumsi makanan ringan, kembang gula, serta minuman berkarbonasi yang tinggi gula. Tak ayal, jika gaya hidup seperti ini diteruskan, dapat menyebabkan kekurangan gizi hingga penyakit diabetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dalam jurnal tersebut turut dijelaskan, gizi seimbang merupakan bentuk keseimbangan zat gizi yang dikonsumsi dalam setiap hidangan makanan. Terdiri dari karbohidrat, lemak, protein, vitamin dan mineral. Untuk itu, sarapan pagi sangat berperan dalam memberi nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Selain itu, kebersihan makanan beserta bahan dan peralatan masak yang digunakan harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga gizi yang terkandung di dalamnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seringkali mahasiswa, terlebih yang merantau kurang memperhatikan kandungan makanannya. Ada beberapa tips yang bisa kita coba agar asupan nutrisi terpenuhi. Pertama, penuhi kebutuhan protein. Jika hewani tidak memungkinkan, protein nabati seperti kacang-kacangan bisa menjadi pengganti. Kedua, perbanyak makan sayur dan konsumsi air mineral yang cukup. Lalu, cobalah mengonsumsi buah sebagai alternatif pengganti camilan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kemudian, mengurangi konsumsi makanan cepat saji dan makanan instan yang banyak mengandung zat aditif harus dilakukan. Tak ada salahnya memasak sendiri makanan di kos jika sempat.
