Tak menggunakan kertas, departemen ini memilih melangsungkan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) melalui gelaran Innovative Design Exhibition (IDE) 2019.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IDE merupakan pengganti UAS dari Mata Kuliah (Matkul) Perancangan dan Pengembangan Produk (P3) yang biasa diambil mahasiswa semester lima. \u201cKarya pada IDE ini nantinya dapat diikutkan kompetisi produk inovasi dan tidak menutup kemungkinan suatu saat nanti akan dikembangkan sehingga berguna bagi masyarakat,\u201d jelas Ratna Sari Dewi ST MT PhD, Kepala Laboratorium Perancangan Sistem kerja dan Ergonomi (EPSK).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk kali pertama, IDE juga menambah kompetisi untuk mahasiswa Teknik Industri semester tiga. Berasal dari Matkul Ergonomi Industri, peserta diharuskan untuk membuat video blog rekomendasi isu ergonomi. \u201cMemang tidak dipamerkan, tapi akan dipilih sepuluh video terbaik untuk diunggah di Instagram dan dipilih juara dengan vote terbanyak,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, kegiatan yang dibawahi oleh Laboratorium EPSK ini mengusung tema <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Logistics Through Product Innovation, Moving You Toward Your Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Terdapat tiga kategori dalam pameran tahunan tersebut, yaitu Material Handling, Disaster Logistics, dan Storage.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_46502\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-46502\" style=\"width: 5967px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-46502\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5967\" height=\"3595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1.jpg 5967w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1-768x463.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1-1024x617.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/IMG_7555-1-355x214.jpg 355w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 5967px) 100vw, 5967px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-46502\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tim yang berhasil meraih juara pertama pada Innovative Design Exhibition bersama dengan karyanya.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Okto Abdillah, ketua IDE mengungkapkan, pengunjung yang hadir dapat berpartisipasi dengan memberikan stiker untuk memilih juara favorit. \u201cTak hanya mahasiswa Teknik Industri, mahasiswa jurusan lain ataupun orang luar juga bisa mengunjungi pameran ini,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pada kegiatan yang digelar di Plaza Dr Angka ini, peserta menyiapkan karya sejak awal semester hingga minggu 16, mulai dari penentuan ide, asistensi, hingga terciptanya karya. Fokus penilaian adalah inovasi, fungsi, dan eksekusi saat presentasi. \u201cNilai itu bonus, dengan berhasil membuat produk, diharapkan mereka dapat lebih berinovasi kedepannya untuk selesaikan masalah yang ada di lingkungan sekitar,\u201d ungkap mahasiswa angkatan 2016 ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut, produk inovasi yang disajikan bervariasi, mulai dari tempat penyimpanan obat-obatan dan makanan, hingga alat penyaring air agar kebutuhan air bersih korban suatu bencana dapat tercukupi. \u201cSelain itu, terdapat juga produk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">material handling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (pemindah barang, red) dengan sistem yang stabil,\u201d tambahnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tak hanya itu, ada juga yang memanfaatkan teknologi sensor dan panel surya. Melihat panasnya Surabaya, peraih juara pertama perlombaan ini membuat alat penghangat produk makanan yang biasa dijual oleh pedagang kaki lima agar makanan yang dijual tetap hangat hingga berada di tangan konsumen. \u201cKami harap melalui kegiatan ini, teman-teman mahasiswa dapat lebih memahami mata kuliah yang dipelajari,\u201d pungkasnya.
