Kampus ITS, ITS News<\/strong> \u2013 Di tengah euforia perayaan Dies Natalis Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Ke-59, Pasar Malam Minggu ITS (Pammits) kembali mengudara. Mengusung tema Ghost Party<\/em>, Pammits menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa ITS untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bidang wirausaha, Sabtu (2\/11).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ketua pelaksana Pammits, Ilham Rinaldi, mengungkapkan bahwa tema yang diambil pada Pammits kali ini adalah Ghost Party<\/em>. Ia menjelaskan bahwa tema ini diambil karena dinilai mudah diingat dan diharapkan memberikan kesan tersendiri bagi pengunjung. \u201cHal ini selaras dengan banyaknya cerita horor yang berkembang di kalangan mahasiswa mengenai kampus ITS juga,\u201d tambah Ilham.<\/p>\n

Selain adanya stan barang dan makanan, Pammits yang diadakan di Taman Alumni ITS ini juga dilengkapi dengan pernak-pernik berbau horor di tiap sudut. Bahkan ada sarana rumah hantu yang bisa dinikmati pengunjung sembari membeli barang dan makanan yang ada di Pammits. \u201cRumah hantu ini kami sediakan untuk mahasiswa ITS yang ingin merasakan sensasi horor tersendiri dengan datang ke Pammits,\u201d jelas mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Bisnis ITS ini.<\/p>\n

Ilham juga menjelaskan, banyak sekali hal yang baru pada Pammits. Lokasi Pammits yang setiap tahunnya berada di jalan sisi Masjid Manarul Ilmi, sekarang dipindah ke Taman Alumni ITS. \u201cIni inovasi dari kami agar euforianya lebih terasa. Selain itu, alur keluar masuk Pammits tahun ini juga lebih terkoordinasikan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan bahwa inovasi yang diberikan pada Pammits kali ini adalah lebih diaturnya stan barang yang berada dekat pintu masuk, stan makanan berada di tengah, dan diakhiri dengan rumah hantu. \u201cPenataan ini berkaca dari kebanyakan mall di mana stan makanan dan hiburan diletakkan di tempat akhir untuk meminimalisasi kerugian stan barang,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Mahasiswa asal Tangerang ini juga menjelaskan bahwa tujuan dari Pammits sendiri untuk mewadahi kewirausahaan mahasiswa ITS. Bahkan ia mengapresiasi antusiasme mahasiswa ITS dengan wirausaha, mengingat 80% stan Pammits kali ini diisi oleh mahasiswa ITS.<\/p>\n

Ilham pun berharap bahwa ke depannya, Pammits dapat diselenggarakan sekali tiap semester. Selain itu, ia berharap akan banyak tema menarik yang diimplementasikan ke Pammits berikutnya. Inovasi demi perbaikan Pammits juga sangat diperlukan setiap penyelenggaraannya. \u201cSelain media pengembangan wirausaha mahasiswa, Pammits juga harus memberikan kesan tersendiri kepada pengunjung lewat tema ataupun inovasi tersebut,\u201d tutupnya.
