Hari ini lahir untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kita akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental., terlepas dari umur, gender, pekerjaan, dan latar belakang.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kesehatan mental masih belum dianggap serius oleh masyarakat awam. Stigma yang melekat pada penderita gangguan mental masih\u00a0 banyak dijumpai. Berkonsultasi dengan psikiater memiliki konotasi negatif di masyarakat. Bahkan, sekadar menceritakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">struggle<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> akan disebut lebay oleh kebanyakan orang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Banyak yang tidak sadar, tanggapan kecil seperti ini memiliki dampak yang besar bagi penderita. Mereka bisa saja mengalami depresi, hingga akhirnya melakukan bunuh diri. Terlebih, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">World Health Organization <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(WHO) mengungkapkan, lebih dari 800 ribu orang di dunia meninggal karena bunuh diri setiap tahun. Dengan umur paling dominan antara 15-29 tahun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Saya akui, sangat sulit mengetahui apakah kesehatan mental seseorang sedang terganggu. Seseorang yang sedang tertawa lepas, aktif mem-<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">posting<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instagram story <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">saat jalan-jalan di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mall, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ataupun orang yang sedang berada disamping kita bisa saja mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maka dari itu, pekalah pada kondisi mereka yang ada di sekitar. Jika seseorang menceritakan masalahnya, tidak ada salahnya untuk mendengarkan dan memberi semangat kepada orang tersebut, lebih-lebih jika mau menyumbang solusi. Karena keluarga, sahabat, teman satu organisasi merupakan salah satu dari beberapa orang yang akan dituju oleh seorang penderita gangguan mental dalam meminta pertolongan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meski penting memperhatikan orang lain, akan jauh lebih penting saat\u00a0 kita memperhatikan diri sendiri. Kesehatan mental bukanlah hal yang sepele. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi keadaan mental diri sendiri. Karena sesungguhnya kesehatan mental sama pentingnya dengan kesehatan fisik yang perlu diobati dengan segera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Disini saya hanya ingin mengingatkan bahwa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">it\u2019s okay to not be okay, it\u2019s okay to cry, it\u2019s okay to take rest.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Semua orang memiliki masalahnya sendiri, semua orang memiliki titik jenuhnya masing-masing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beristirahatlah jika kamu merasa sangat lelah. Lakukan hal yang kamu rasa dapat menenangkan dirimu. Minumlah kopi yang ada di lemarimu, dengarlah lagu yang ada di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">playlist-<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mu, tontonlah video <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">youtube<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang muncul di notifikasi ponselmu, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">chat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> orang yang kamu rasa bisa memberikan semangat kepada dirimu.
