Menariknya, banyak yang menganggap osteoporosis sebagai penyakit yang hanya menyerang kaum lanjut usia. Namun, benarkah demikian?<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anda mungkin sedang membaca tulisan ini melalui gawai kesayangan, sambil bersantai di tempat duduk atau tiduran di kasur yang empuk. Sekadar selingan untuk melepas penat di sela-sela mengerjakan laporan praktikum, sebelum mulai mengerjakannya lagi untuk beberapa jam kedepan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jika setelah membaca tulisan ini Anda merasa lapar, mungkin Anda akan memesan makanan secara<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> online<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Selain lebih mudah dan murah, Anda juga tak perlu repot-repot bangkit dari tempat duduk karena apa yang ingin Anda makan akan langsung diantar dimanapun Anda berada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terdengar wajar dan biasa saja bukan? Tapi sekarang, cobalah mengingat kapan terakhir Anda bangkit dan melakukan aktivitas fisik tertentu? Jika jawabannya masih sulit diingat, bisa jadi Anda adalah satu diantara ratusan juta penduduk dunia yang menjalani gaya hidup malas gerak atau mager.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Perlu Anda ketahui, hasil survei menyatakan, dua dari lima orang Indonesia sangat berisiko terkena penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan patah tulang, kelumpuhan, hingga kematian ini (WHO,2018). Selain itu, Massey University telah melakukan riset dan menemukan fakta bahwa hanya 18% masyarakat Indonesia yang melakukan olahraga secara teratur setiap hari.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alhasil, kurangnya aktivitas fisik tersebut, berakibat pada berkurangnya kepadatan tulang. Kalau sudah begini, wajar saja osteoporosis dapat menyerang Anda kapan saja. Jika mau menelisik lebih dalam, Organisasi Osteoporosis Dunia menyebutkan, osteoporosis adalah salah satu penyakit tulang yang dikategorikan sebagai penyakit mematikan yang harus diantisipasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Caranya tidak terlalu susah, mulailah dengan membiasakan aktivitas fisik. Lakukan dari hal sederhana seperti berjalan kaki atau bersepeda.\u00a0 Pola makan yang sehat juga harus diperhatikan seperti mengonsumsi santapan dengan asupan protein, kalsium, dan mineral, serta memperbanyak minum air mineral alih-alih minuman bersoda atau bergula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di hari osteoporosis sedunia ini, mari ajak dan ingatkan orang-orang terdekat tentang pentingnya beraktivitas fisik dan gaya hidup sehat. Mari kita hapuskan gaya hidup <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mager<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang melekat erat dengan masyarakat milenial masa kini.
