Proyek Petikemaz usungan Lab LSCM Departemen Teknik Industri ITS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Kampus ITS, ITS News<\/strong> – Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran mahasiswa Teknik Industri dalam bidang <\/span>supply chain management<\/span><\/i>, Departemen Teknik Industri Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) meluncurkan sebuah proyek yang disebut Petikemaz. Peluncuran proyek yang digawangi oleh <\/span>Logistic and Supply Chain Management<\/span><\/i> Laboratory<\/span><\/i> (LSCM) ini dilaksanakan di unit Petikemaz Departemen Teknik Industri ITS pada Kamis (29\/8).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Menurut Kepala Laboratorium LSCM, Dr Niniet Indah Arvitrida ST MT, peluncuran Petikemaz bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan riset mahasiswa Teknik Industri ITS, khususnya dalam bidang <\/span>supply chain management<\/span><\/i>. Proyek ini dilansir olehnya direncanakan untuk mendekatkan mahasiswa dengan kasus riil di dunia industri ritel. \u201cManfaatnya, pengambilan data yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa menjadi lebih mudah,\u201d terangnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Niniet optimis, kedepannya proyek Petikemaz ini mampu membuka kolaborasi riset lintas keilmuan bagi Depertemen Teknik Industri ITS. Ia dan tim bahkan telah merencanakan pengembangan Petikemaz untuk dapat dilengkapi dengan sistem cerdas, pembayaran cashless<\/em>, integrasi sistem pergudangan, hingga fitur video mining<\/em>. \u201cKhusus untuk fitur video mining<\/em>, ditujukan untuk memetakan perilaku pelanggan dalam berbelanja,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uniknya, tidak hanya menjual makanan kering, proyek Petikemaz ini juga menawarkan sayuran segar hasil panen dari ITS Urban Farming. Menurutnya, pengadaan bahan makanan jenis ini dapat memberikan pengalaman dan tantangan yang berbeda bagi para mahasiswa. \u201cKarakteristik produk yang berbeda membuat Petikemaz harus menyediakan fasilitas dan perlakuan yang sesuai,\u201d timpal Niniet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Niniet berharap, kedepannya desain smart system<\/em> pada Petikemaz dapat segera terealisasikan dan berkembang dengan baik. Ia kembali menekankan bahwa proyek ini dapat membuka peluang kerjasama tidak hanya dengan institusi di dalam negeri, tetapi juga di luar negeri. \u201cKarena supply chain management<\/em> merupakan topik yang cukup hangat dibicarakan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Disamping ITS Urban Farming, Niniet memaparkan bahwa proyek ini turut menggandeng Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) ITS. Hadir dalam kegiatan peluncuruan ini, Ketua KPRI ITS, Drs Ec Murtriyono M Si mengemukakan bahwa sistem koperasi yang diterapkan pada Petikemaz membuat proyek ini bukan semata-mata berorientasi pada profit, melainkan juga sarana belajar mahasiswa.<\/p>\n

Karenanya dengan tegas Ia menyatakan bahwa koperasi ITS sangat mendukung proyek ini. \u201cProyek ini dapat menjadi wadah untuk belajar bersama terkait pengelolaan ritel yang baik oleh kedua belah pihak,\u201d tuturnya. (fat\/qi)<\/span><\/p>\n
