Platform Privor<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Kampus ITS, ITS News \u2013<\/strong> Bahasa pemrograman seringkali dianggap sebagai momok bagi sebagian besar mahasiswa maupun orang awam. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, mahasiswa Departemen Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) membuat inovasi untuk mempermudah belajar pemrograman dengan menciptakan Privor.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ialah Muhammad Rio Ikhsan Kamal, Rendy Ananta, dan Ocha Putri Perdana Prihatina. Mahasiswa yang merancang sebuah platform, bertujuan untuk memberikan akses belajar pemrograman dengan tutor yang berpengalaman. Rio dan tim mengaku getol dalam merancang platform tersebut. \u201cUntuk mempermudah teman yang kesusahan dalam belajar pemrograman secara otodidak,” ujar Rio, Ketua Tim.<\/p>\n

Rio menjelaskan, nama Privor berasal dari kata privat dan tutor, di mana platform tersebut mewadahi pembelajaran privat antara satu murid dengan satu tutor. Yang menjadi tutor bukanlah orang sembarangan, tutor berasal dari orang yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Misalnya, seperti web developer, game developer, android developer, ios developer, dan desainer ui\/ux.<\/p>\n

Privor tersebut, lanjut Rio, memiliki fitur screen sharing untuk menghubungkan layar murid dengan tutor, sehingga antara murid dan tutor dapat saling bertatapan wajah melalui layar masing-masing. Selain itu, Privor juga dilengkapi dengan fitur text chat dan voice chat guna mempermudah komunikasi antar murid dan tutor.<\/p>\n

Ocha menambahkan, sesuatu yang membuat Privor ini berbeda adalah privat dilakukan dalam satu waktu\/realtime, tidak seperti video tutorial. Sehingga, ketika murid memiliki permasalahan yang membingungkan, ia dapat langsung bertanya tanpa harus menunggu jawabannya terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n

Adapun waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk merampungkan Privor kurang lebih selama enam minggu. Tiga minggu awal, digunakan untuk menentukan ide dan menyusun proposal. Tiga minggu setelahnya, untuk mengerjakan platform tersebut.<\/p>\n

Perancangan privor oleh tim asuhan Irmasari Hafidz S Kom M Sc ini pun bukan tanpa kendala. Dengan menyandang status sebagai mahasiswa baru, pengalaman dalam bidang perancangan platform masih relatif kurang sehingga sempat kesusahan ketika mengerjakan.<\/p>\n

Meski demikian, tim ini mampu menyabet juara ketiga pada Awakening Future Generation’s Potential yang diselenggarakan oleh Institut Teknologi Bandung pada Sabtu, (9\/2). Kedepannya, Rio dan tim berharap Privor ini dapat direalisasikan dan memberikan manfaat bagi banyak orang. “Belajar pemrograman itu tidak sulit jika dengan guru yang tepat,” pungkas Rio.
