Kali ini kabar baik datang dari Biro Administrasi Pembelajaran dan Kesejahteraan Mahasiswa (BAPKM) ITS yang merilis sistem layanan surat mahasiswa terintegrasi. Layanan ini resmi disosialisasikan ke perwakilan organisasi mahasiswa (ormawa) di Ruang Sidang Utama Gedung Rektorat, Kamis (14\/2).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sistem pelayanan yang berbasisi website ini dirilis sebagai langkah lanjut dari prestasi Tim Byd Letter Team (BLT) dari BAPKM pada perlombaan ITS Provement 2018. Pada perlombaan yang mereka juarai ini, Tim BLT mengangkat judul Say Bye to Letter, Say Hello to Technovation. Melalui inovasi ini, mahasiswa ITS tidak perlu lagi merasa kesulitan ketika melakukan pengurusan surat-menyurat.<\/p>\n<p>Berkat terintegrasinya layanan surat mahasiswa, terdapat beberapa surat yang kini sudah bisa diakses via daring. Surat-surat tersebut di antaranya ialah surat cuti kuliah, surat keterangan mahasiswa aktif, surat pengunduran diri, bahkan pengurusan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) pengganti bagi mahasiswa yang belum memiliki KTM terintegrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala BAPKM ITS Ir Agus Gunaryo menyampaikan bahwa pelayanan surat yang sebelumnya masih kurang efektif. Sebelumnya, mahasiswa harus bolak-balik mengurus surat, pelayanannya yang lebih lama, antrian yang panjang, dan terlebih layanannya masih manual dan belum terintegrasi. \u201cNamun kini hal tersebut dapat ditanggulangi, sehingga mahasiswa dapat lebih mudah ketika mengurus surat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Agus pun memastikan bahwa kini mahasiswa hanya perlu sekali datang ke BAPKM, yakni pada proses akhir saja. Surat yang sedang di proses daring juga dapat dilacak prosesnya. Dengan layanan yang hanya memakan waktu kurang lebih dua menit. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga dapat mengakses rekap jumlah surat yang telah diajukan.
