Nah Project memanfaatkan kesempatan itu untuk memulai bisnis sneakers lokal. Kepala Pemasaran dan Penjualan Nah Project, Ifa Hanifah berbagi pengalaman dan strateginya dalam Management Business Festival (Manifest) Technoculture 2018 oleh Departemen Manajemen Bisnis Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Jumat (16\/11).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dikatakan Ifa, sapaannya, tak banyak orang Indonesia yang memakai sneakers buatan lokal karena banyak dari mereka menganggap bahwa produk lokal tidak bisa bersaing di pasar. Untuk mengubah stigma masyarakat tersebut, Nah Project berpikir bahwa sneakers lokal membutuhkan suatu inovasi baru.<\/p>\n<p>Nah Project yang berdiri sejak Oktober 2018 ini, lanjut Ifa, ingin meningkatkan kualitas dari sneakers lokal. Visi dari Nah Project itu sendiri adalah kami ingin mengubah citra sneakers Indonesia. \u201cKami belajar dari brand raksasa, dimana mereka membuat sebuah produk itu berdasarkan hasil penelitian,\u201d sambungnya.<\/p>\n<p>Nah Project ingin membuat produk yang berdasarkan hasil penelitian agar dapat membuat sneakers yang sesuai dengan kegunaannya. \u201cSehingga produknya cocok digunakan untuk masyarakat Indonesia,\u201d tegas alumnus Teknik Geodesi Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) ini di Balai Pemuda Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menuturkan, sebenarnya sneakers buatan lokal itu banyak di pasar. Namun, kita sebagai generasi muda tidak tertarik untuk membelinya. Hal itu disebabkan karena produk itu tidak menarik dan tidak terkenal. Sehingga ketika membuat suatu produk penting untuk melakukan suatu creative branding and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Ada tiga poin utama yang digunakan Nah Project untuk membentuk karakternya yaitu inovatif, perubahan citra, dan transparan. Mereka selalu melakukan inovasi terhadap produk barunya dan menjadi pelopor sneakers lokal yang berkualitas.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, mereka ingin membuat transparansi dengan selalu mencantumkan komponen-komponen harga dari produk yang mereka jual. \u201cKami hanya ingin pelanggan tahu, nilai apa saja yang mereka dapatkan ketika membeli produk dari Nah Project,\u201d ujar perempuan yang akrab disapa Ifa ini.<\/p>\n<p>Strategi marketing yang dilakukan Nah Project ada tiga poin penting yaitu storytelling, deliver value dan build hype. Story telling ini menceritakan konten yang mereka tulis di Instagram, mereka selalu bilang ke pelanggan bahwa mereka akan membuat suatu produk dan alasan membuat produk tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya yakni deliver value. Dikatakan Ifa, Nah project selalu membuat konten yang mempunyai nilai dan isi. Build hype, sebelum produk dipasarkan, pelanggan sudah diberitahu mengenai produk apa yang akan mereka beli. \u201cSehingga mereka dapat menantikan produknya,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pemasaran produk, Nah Project lebih memilih melalui daring. Hal ini karena gratis dan bisa menjangkau semua orang. \u201cKarena kehidupan sekarang itu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari teknologi, kita hidup di masa yang difasilitasi oleh segala hal yang berhubungan dengan teknologi, misalnya internet,\u201d ucap Ifa.
