Teknik Sipil, ITS News \u2013<\/strong> Pada tahun 2030 Indonesia akan memasuki era bonus demografi. Menghadapi era ini, Pendiri PT. Pillar Group, Ir Faisol, yang didapuk sebagai pembicara pada seminar Membangun Wirausaha Pascakampus di Bidang Ketekniksipilan mengungkapkan pentingnya moral wirausaha yang perlu ditanamkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi bonus demografi di Ruang SLC Departemen Teknik Sipil, Sabtu (18\/9).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cSekarang rasio mahasiswa yang berkecimpung di dunia wirausaha masih relatif sedikit. Penyebabnya karena mahaiswa masih banyak yang buta akan dunia wirausaha,\u201d ujar pria yang bekerja di bidang penyedia jasa developer tersebut memulai presentasinya.<\/p>\n

Menurut Faisol, untuk bisa terjun ke dunia wirausaha mahasiswa harus memiliki moral pengusaha. \u201cMoral pengusaha ini merupakan kemampuan mendasar jadi pengusaha,\u201d terang alumni Departemen Teknik Sipil tahun 1996 tersebut. Moral pengusaha tersebut antara lain jujur, benar, cerdas dan dapat dipercaya.<\/p>\n

Jujur berhubungan dengan bagaimana kita memaparkan produk kepada konsumen dengan apa adanya. Tidak melebih-lebihkan maupun dikurangi. “Pokoknya sesuai dengan fakta yang ada,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan benar ialah melakukan jalan yang tidak merugikan orang lain hanya demi keuntungan pribadi. \u201cBerbohong adalah jalan yang tidak etis dilakukan oleh seorang wirausahawan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Sambungnya, Faisol mengungkapkan dengan dua sifat yakni jujur dan benar maka seorang wirausahawan akan mudah mendapatkan kepercayaan dari konsumen. \u201cSemua hal ini berkaitan dengan konsumen,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, cerdas juga tidak kalah penting dalam berbisnis. \u201cYang dimaksud cerdas adalah bisa berpikir kreatif dan inovatif sehingga bisnis yang dikembangkan tidak ketinggalan zaman,\u201d pungkasnya menutup seminar tersebut.<\/p>\n

Workshop dan seminar ini diikuti para mahasiswa dan dibekali ilmu meliputi ilmu dasar kewirausahaan, ilmu bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan, manajerial, hingga ilmu hukum dan perizinan bisnis. (ion7\/jel)<\/p>\n
