Yogyakarta, ITS News –<\/strong> Kamis (30\/8) merupakan hari pertama dari sesi presentasi. Sembari menahan kantuk dan kondisi tubuh yang lelah, kontingen ITS naik bus bersama menuju basecamp di Ruang 203 gedung FMIPA UNY. Hari ini enam tim telah menunaikan tugasnya. Dengan harapan hasil yang lebih optimal esok, evaluasi pun digelar.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Komandan Pimnas 31 kontingen ITS, Dr Ing Doty Dewi Risanti ST MT memulai sesi dengan tatapan meyakinkan. \u201cAlhamdulillah, saya tadi sempat melihat, tim-tim yang awalnya saya khawatirkan, karena ketika latihan sedikit meragukan. Namun, ketika dihadapan juri, dapat tampil dengan sangat bagus,\u201d curah Doty sumringah.<\/p>\n

Doty menyampaikan, berdasarkan pengamatannya, dewan juri tahun ini kebanyakan bertanya tentang latar belakang. Oleh karena itu, ia menghimbau keada tim yang belum tampil, untuk mempelajari lagi materi-materi yang akan dipresentasikan. \u201cJika nanti juri menanyakan tentang latar belakang, kita dapat menjawabnya dengan jawaban yang meyakinkan,\u201d tandas Doty.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Doty, jika materi sudah dikuasai, ketika presentasi kita akan semakin percaya diri. \u201cHilangkan keraguan-keraguan yang muncul, karena berdasarkan pengalaman tahun-tahun sebelumnya, tim yang sebenarnya memiliki gagasan yang bagus kalah karena ketika presentasi mereka masih terlihat ragu,\u201d cerita Doty.<\/p>\n

Dosen Departemen Teknik Fisika ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa malam ini tidak akan dilakukan latihan rutin seperti malam-malam sebelumnya. \u201cSementara istirahat dulu, menyimpan tenaga untuk esok hari. Namun, bila ada tim yang ingin berlatih, kami selaku pendamping selalu siap mendampingi,\u201d ujar Doty.<\/p>\n

Tak ketingglan, salah satu dosen pendamping kontingen ITS, Diah Sawitri ST MT juga turut angkat bicara. Ia menyarankan untuk mengingat apa saja pertanyaan yang juri sampaikan pada sesi tadi. \u201cHari ini kita sudah tahu apa saja yang juri tanyakan. Berhubung membuat pertanyaan bukanlah perkara yang mudah, bisa jadi pertanyaan itu akan kembali muncul besok pagi,\u201d ungkap dosen Departemen Teknik Fisika ini.<\/p>\n

Ia juga mengatakan, untuk PKM Gagasan Tertulis, juri selalu menanyakan kepada setiap tim yang tampil mengenai biaya, yang berdasarkan pengalaman tahun lalu sama sekali tidak ada pernyataan semacam itu. \u201cBarangkali, nanti untuk semuanya, waktu istirahat bisa meyiapkan jawaban untuk pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang hari ini muncul,\u201d pungkas Diah.
