Kampus ITS,ITS News –\u00a0<\/strong>Dalam melakukan perizinan lokasi, kerap kali masyarakat merasa kesulitan karena pemanfaatan lahan yang masih rancu, terutama di wilayah pesisir karena berhubungan dengan persil laut bersinggungan dengan sumber daya alam. Untuk mempermudah perizinan, tiga mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Geomatika ITS menciptakan web kadaster laut berbasis sistem informasi geografis untuk pendaftaran persil laut Pulau Maratua.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ialah Aulia Rachmawati, Rizki Hari Kurniawan, dan Romadina Indah yang menggarap website kadasterlautmaratua.com. Website ini memfasilitasi pendaftaran izin menggunakan lokasi ruang laut dan pesisir. \u201cKarena selama ini belum ada sistem data dan informasi yang terintegrasi terkait perizinan pesisir, sehingga sulit untuk perizinan lokasi,\u201d jelas Aulia Rachamawati ketua tim.<\/p>\n

Tak hanya pendaftaran, pada website kadasterlautmaratua.com juga tersedia peta pendaftaran izin lokasi, eksisting pemanfaatan ruang laut dan rencana zonasi dari ruang laut Pulau Maratua. \u201cPenampilan rencana zonasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah penentuan arahan penggunaan sumber daya, penetapan struktur, pola ruang yang memuat kegiatan diperbolehkan atau tidak di ruang laut,\u201d terang nya.<\/p>\n

Website ini tentunya dapat mendukung rumusan peraturan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) tentang perizinan lokasi bagi pihak yang memanfaatkan wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil (WP3K). \u201cPembuatan website ini dapat membantu penyebaran dan updating informasi izin lokasi wilayah pesisir dan ruang laut Pulau Maratua. Mengingat Pulau Maratua termasuk wilayah dengan sumber daya alam yang besar \u201d Ujar mahasiswa tahun 2013 tersebut.<\/p>\n

Saat ini, Aulia mengatakan website garapan timnya tengah dalam pengembangan perbaikan sistem, user interface, dan perluasan lokasi cakupan. \u201cPengembangan akan terus dilakukan hingga semua pihak mudah mendapatkan informasi dan mendaftarkan perizinan lokasi,\u201d bebernya.<\/p>\n

Dibawah bimbingan Yanto Budisusanto ST M Eng, tim berharap dengan adanya website ini, pemanfaatan pola ruang pesisir di Pulau Maratua berjalan dengan baik . Harapannya hadirnya website ini juga dapat meminimalisir kemungkinan kekurangan atau kesalahan dalam pemenuhan persyaratan administratif dan teknis yang diperlukan.
