Ketiga mahasiswa itu, yakni Muhammad Afif Purwandi, Risang Arkaan Jauza, dan Rafli Dwi Priyono.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Strategi yang dibangun oleh tim ini dinamakan supreme market development, yaitu peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan dengan mengembangkan bentuk pemasaran. Dari strategi ini, tim ini mampu menaikkan pendapatan perusahaan es krim tersebut menjadi Rp 294 miliar per tahun melalui beberapa perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam simulasinya berdasarkan referensi data keuangan perusahaan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami menggunakan perhitungan dengan melakukan analisis kondisi lingkungan (survei), analisis SWOT, dan analisis TOWS matriks,\u201d jelas Afif, mahasiswa semester empat itu. Analisis SWOT yang digunakan tim berguna untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman eksternal serta kekuatan dan kelemahan internal perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara analisis TOWS matriks, menurut Rafli, berguna untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor eksternal perusahaan secara rinci, kemudian beralih ke faktor internal. \u201cAnalisis ini lebih bagus hasilnya, karena dalam memperluas pemasaran harus memperhatikan faktor eksternal lebih dulu, seperti cara promosi para pesaing, daya beli masyarakat, dan gaya hidup,\u201d beber Rafli lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Dari perhitungan tersebut, tim menemukan solusi untuk melakukan kerja sama dengan pemerintah, industri penerbangan nasional, dan industri perhotelan. Ketiga agen tersebut dianggap oleh tim sangat tepat untuk membuat aliran pendapatan perusahaan es krim tersebut stabil tiap tahunnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKetiga agen tersebut biasanya sering mengadakan acara-acara besar, di dalam suatu acara besar pasti memerlukan pasokan makanan yang besar pula,\u201d sambung Rafli lagi. Tim menilai hal tersebut merupakan sebuah peluang yang bagus bagi perusahaan es krim ini untuk menyuplai atau memasok penjualan es krim produksinya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ide yang disumbangkan lagi adalah memperluas wilayah produksi dengan membangun lagi perusahaan es krim tersebut di beberapa wilayah. Hal ini karena biaya pengangkutan dan transportasi dalam pendistribusian es krim kepada konsumen atau pelanggan juga harus turut diperhitungkan.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor perluasan wilayah juga dinilai tim akan mengakibatkan daya saing kompetitor es krim lainnya menurun. Berkat ide atau solusi yang luar biasa ini, tim dari ITS ini telah mampu menggondol juara 1 dalam kompetisi manajemen bisnis di Universitas Kristen (UK) Petra, Surabaya, akhir Mei lalu.
