Mahasiswa tahun pertama Departemen Teknik Industri ini \u00a0berhasil pulang dengan membawa gelar <em>Best Position Paper<\/em> di Diponegoro International Model United Nation (DIMUN) selama dua hari sejak Kams(16\/11) lalu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dinis, sapaan akrabnya berhasil meraih gelar <em>The Best Position Paper <\/em>untuk kategori Google LLC mewakili International Labor Organization (ILO) Council. Pemuda ini merupakan salah satu dari empat perwakilan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dalam simulasii sidang Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) yang mengadu mahasiswa se-Indonesia tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Tema yang ia usung dalam <em>position paper<\/em>-nya adalah <em>millenium cybernated<\/em>. Tema yang ia pilih berbicara mengenai cara menyelamatkan tenaga kerja manusia di era otomasi yang menggeser tenaga kerja manusia ke mesin. Dalam <em>paper-<\/em>nya, Dinis berbicara mengenai cara untuk mengefisienkan dan mengefektifkan kinerja suatu perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Mahasiswa ini mengungkapkan tema ini pas untuknya yang merupakan mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Industri. Meskipun dalam perkuliahan belum sampai pelajaran tentang otomasi, rasa ingin tahu Dinis dapat membawanya menjadi jawara.\u00a0\u201cSaya kaget ketika mendapatkan gelar <em>best position paper<\/em>, ternyata usaha saya sejak september lalu membuahkan hasil\u201d seru pria berkulit sawo matang itu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam menjalani kompetisi ini, Dinis mengaku menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam alur berbicara. \u201cPengetahuan yang mereka (peserta lain, red) miliki sangat luas, sehingga saya kesulitan dalam mengikuti pemikiran mereka\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, Dinis telah melakukan berbagai persiapan sejak bulan september 2017. Terutama kompetisi bernuansa MUN . \u201cKarena dengan MUN mahasiswa dapat merasakan atmosfer cara berfikir dan cara berpendapat mengenai suatu permasalahan di depan orang banyak dengan menggunakan bahasa asing\u201d tukasnya.
