Hal itu diungkapkan Fahroni Arifin, <em>Head of Brand &amp; Communication <\/em>Tri Indonesia dalam forum bisnis yang dihelat oleh mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Bisnis Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)\u00a0Sabtu (25\/11).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Di Gedung SCC ITS, Roni mengungkapkan Indonesia memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pemasaran produk. Hal ini terbukti dengan dijadikannya Indonesia sebagai tempat uji <em>branch mark<\/em> oleh semua perusahan teknologi dan jasa di dunia. Ketika produk tersebut gagal dipasarkan di Indonesia, otomatis pemasaran di negara lain juga akan gagal. Selain itu, didukung dengan adanya <em>consumen confidence, <\/em>perusahaan<em>\u00a0<\/em>mampu mempercepat peluang pemasaran produk .<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Roni, sejatinya, pada era <em>millenials <\/em>ini mulai banyak dikembangkan ide \u2013 ide yang inovatif. Mereka mampu mengembangkan bisnis <em>startup <\/em>secara besar \u2013 besaran. Namun, kondisinya masih banyak yang gagal dalam hal memahami pasar. Ketika ide yang dibuat bagus tetapi si pemilik tidak tahu produk tersebut digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah apa, maka sia \u2013 sia produk yang mereka tawarkan.<\/p>\n<p>Pria lulusan Universitas Gajah Mada tersebut membeberkan, kunci utama untuk sukses dalam memasarkan produk adalah memahami kebutuhan konsumen. &#8220;Dalam membuat produk, si pemilik harus kenal terlebih dulu tujuan produk itu dibuat untuk apa dan siapa sasarannya&#8221;, jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Di zaman digital ini, penting diketahui bahwa <em>brand <\/em>yang berhasil itu tidak berorientasi pada <em>demand <\/em>lagi. Namun, dengan melihat kondisi masyarakat. Ia menuturkan kalau bisa produk yang dihasilkan bisa memiliki hubungan <em>emosional<\/em> yang baik dengan penggunanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengambil contoh produk Gojek. Dahulu, masyarakat tidak ada yang sadar bahwa mereka akan membutuhkan gojek di masa depan. Keberhasilan jasa gojek ini tercipta karena adanya dasar untuk menyelesaikan masalah. \u201cPertama kita harus menciptakan solusi yang menjawab <em>demand. <\/em>Kenali kebutuhan mereka itu apa lalu simulasikan kebutuhan tersebut dengan teknologi yang ada, barulah tercipta <em>demand<\/em>\u201d, paparnya antusias.<\/p>\n<p>Roni juga menjelaskan ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pasar di Indonesia antara lain banyaknya pulau, beragamnya etnis, nilai <em>gross domestic product <\/em>(GDP) yang stabil dan adanya 6 <em>mobile operator<\/em>. Keempat unsur tersebut saling mempengaruhi perkembangan pemasaran di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Mantan <em>Acting Head of Proximity<\/em> Indonesia itu menambahkan, faktor eksternal yang mampu mempengaruhi pasar di Indonesia adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi negara lain. Jatuhnya ekonomi global negara lain seperti Amerika dan Inggris dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kerja sama <em>ekspor <\/em>maupun <em>impor <\/em>antara negara Indonesia dengan negara lain.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir ia berpesan, produk yang dibuat haruslah <em>memorable<\/em>. Dalam hal ini, setiap produk yang dipasarkan harus memiliki ciri khas masing \u2013 masing. \u201cKarena menjadi beda itu penting,\u201d pungkasnya.
