Yaitu <em>Pre-tensioned Prestressed Concrete<\/em> (pratarik) dan <em>Post-tensioned Prestressed Concrete <\/em>(pasca tarik).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pratarik ialah konstruksi dimana tendon ditegangkan dengan pertolongan alat pembantu sebelum beton mengeras dan gaya konsentris dipertahankan sampai beton cukup keras. Sedangkan pasca tarik adalah konstruksi dimana setelah betonnya cukup keras, barulah diberikan gaya konsentris dengan menarik kabel tendon.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;Kita bisa memperoleh keuntungan dalam segi kinerja, biaya, waktu, dan keselamatan sekaligus dengan teknologi ini,&quot; terang Lorenzo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kelebihan beton prategang yakni bersifat tidak mudah retak dan elastis. &quot;Defleksi dan pantulannya juga lebih sedikit,&quot; ujar pria asal Italia tersebut.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Selain itu, bentang juga bisa lebih panjang atau ketebalannya yang bisa jadi lebih tipis. &quot;Bentangnya bisa bertambah hingga 30 persen, atau ketebalannya bisa berkurang hingga 30 persen,&quot; tambahnya.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Penggunaan beton prategang juga dapat mengurangi biaya <em>reinforcement<\/em> atau penguatan sampai sepuluh persen. &quot;Hal ini berpengaruh dalam penghematan bahan, tenaga kerja, waktu, serta keselamatan,&quot; jelas pria tiga anak tersebut.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ditambah lagi, ketinggian lantai yang lebih landai dapat menguntungkan dalam layanan <em>retikulasi<\/em> dan <em>fasad<\/em>. Beban yang tumpu juga lebih ringan, seperti kolom-kolom dan pondasi.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Teknologi ini dapat menyederhanaan pembangunan dan <em>backpropping<\/em>, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap biaya, dan keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, teknologi ini memungkinkan siklus konstruksi lantai lebih cepat, sehingga menghemat biaya dan waktu.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tak hanya struktur, hal ini juga menguntungkan dalam segi arsitektur. Yakni bentuk lantai tepi yang bisa tidak teratur serta kantilever lebih panjang. &quot;Ini bisa menjadi kesempatan bagi arsitektur untuk berkreasi,&quot; pungkasnya.
