{"id":24824,"date":"2017-01-26T22:55:42","date_gmt":"2017-01-26T22:55:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2017\/01\/26\/commtech-2017-angkat-tren-kearifan-lokal\/"},"modified":"2017-01-26T22:55:42","modified_gmt":"2017-01-26T22:55:42","slug":"commtech-2017-angkat-tren-kearifan-lokal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/commtech-2017-angkat-tren-kearifan-lokal\/","title":{"rendered":"CommTech 2017 Angkat Tren Kearifan Lokal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Muhammad Wahyu Islami P.M ST, Manajer Program CommTech 2017 mengatakan bahwa tren <em>short program <\/em>saat ini tidak hanya mampu bermodalkan menjual budaya, namun juga mengusung sebuah topik. &quot;Kalau bicara tentang teknologi sebagian besar kita kalah dengan mereka (peserta,red), namun jika berbicara tentang kearifan lokal yang dapat diimplementasikan ke masyarakat, mereka justru tidak punya,&quot; tutur Wahyu.<\/p>\n<p>Pria asal Sulawesi Tenggara ini mengatakan, mengangkat kearifan lokal sebagai topik yang dapat ditelusuri merupakan harapan baru bagi ITS IO sendiri. Yaitu, ujarnya, ketika para peserta nantinya dapat menjadikan pengalaman tersebut sebagai ilmu baru yang dapat dibawa pulang ke negaranya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal inilah yang mendorong dipilihnya tempat-tempat yang mendukung kearifan lokal seperti Maulidan <em>Games<\/em> dan Catfiz <em>Messenger<\/em> sebagai tempat yang dikunjungi para peserta CommTech 2017 ini. &quot;Kedua perusahaan <em>game<\/em> ini beranjak dari kearifan lokal untuk bisa mendunia, hal sekecil ini yang ingin kita perlihatkan ke mereka,&quot; lanjut pria lulusan Departemen Teknik Sipil ITS ini.<\/p>\n<p>Wahyu berharap, kegiatan CommTech 2017 ini juga tak hanya bermanfaat untuk para peserta tetapi menguntungkan untuk ITS sendiri. Apalagi CommTech telah dinobatkan sebagai empat program favorit untuk tingkat asia oleh <em>Youth Time Magazine<\/em> pada 2016. &quot;Semoga bisa lebih bermanfaat dalam mendukung internasionalisasi di ITS dan bersyukur bahwa sekarang di luar negeri kita sudah punya nama,&quot; ucap Wahyu.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Dana Vianca Gene De Sagun, mahasiswa asal Filipina ini mengaku senang dapat mengikuti program CommTech 2017. Ini juga merupakan pertama kalinya universitas tempatnya belajar, Universitas De La Salle mengikuti program CommTech. &quot;Baru tahu program ini, dan saya senang dapat mempelajari budaya-budaya di Indonesia dan akan datang lagi kapan-kapan,&quot; tandasnya sambil tersenyum.
