Tak lupa, ia pun menekankan pengembangan <em>hard skill<\/em> secara mumpuni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Percuma adanya bila seseorang memiliki kemampuan <em>hard skill,<\/em> namun tidak dapat berbicara apa &#8211; apa,&quot; tutur alumni Yale School of Management itu. Baginya, <em>soft skill <\/em>pun tak hanya meliputi kemampuan berbicara. &nbsp;Lebih dari itu, &nbsp;terdapat kemampuan manajemen mahasiswa, organisasi, seni, dan kemampuan bahasa yang dirasa bernilai unggul.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Handoyo, dalam menghadapi dunia pasca kampus, kepribadian adalah hal yang paling utama. Tak hanya membawa bekal IPK, namun kejujuran, integritas, dan kerja keras juga menjadi tolok ukur kesuksesan seseorang. &quot;Kemampuan&nbsp;<em>Interpersonal&nbsp;<\/em>merupakan substansi terpenting dalam penilaian setiap wawancara,&quot; imbuh alumni Global Deloitte Scholarship Program itu.<\/p>\n<p>Melengkapi ceramahnya, pria yang saat ini bekerja di Benua Afrika ini menuturkan, kemampuan bahasa merupakan modal utama melangkah ke persaingan global. Pasalnya, tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa persaingan internasional saat ini, memaksa bersinggungan dengan orang &#8211; orang dari seluruh belahan dunia. Oleh karena itu, tak cukup dengan bahasa inggris, tetapi akan lebih baik bila mampu mengusai Bahasa Spanyol dan Prancis. <\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pria yang telah menjajaki lebih dari 30 negara ini percaya bahwa orang yang&nbsp;<em>multitalent<\/em>&nbsp; lebih mudah menarik minat dan perhatian orang lain. Karenanya, ia berharap mahasiswa ITS aktif mengembangkan diri agar mampu bersaing di pentas dunia. &quot;Buatlah orang tertarik dengan potensi yang kalian miliki,&quot; pungkasnya.
