{"id":24521,"date":"2016-12-06T23:58:12","date_gmt":"2016-12-06T23:58:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2016\/12\/06\/tiga-faktor-untuk-bertahan-di-era-digital\/"},"modified":"2016-12-06T23:58:12","modified_gmt":"2016-12-06T23:58:12","slug":"tiga-faktor-untuk-bertahan-di-era-digital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/tiga-faktor-untuk-bertahan-di-era-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiga Faktor Untuk Bertahan di Era Digital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dalam era digital, pengusaha harus mampu memikirkan cara paling efektif agar produknya diterima oleh masyarakat. &quot;Harus cari yang <em>low budget<\/em>, tapi <em>high impact<\/em>,&quot; tutur Jacky.<\/p>\n<p>Deputi&nbsp;<em>Chief Executive Officer&nbsp;<\/em>(CEO) MARKPLUS mengatakan, era digital terdiri dari tiga unsur utama, yaitu teknologi, gaya dan manusia.&nbsp; Karena itu, setidaknya ada tiga faktor yang harus dipenuhi untuk menjawab tiga unsur tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Pertama, faktor antara <em>offline<\/em> dan <em>online<\/em>,&quot; tegas Jacky. Menurut Jacky,&nbsp;<em>offline<\/em>&nbsp;dan&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>&nbsp;adalah dua substansi berbeda yang saling mengisi satu sama lain. Mengombinasikan keduanya menjadi penting untuk bertahan di era digital.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam hal ini, Jacky menampilkan video promosi supermarket di Korea yang memberikan <em>spot<\/em> khusus berupa layar LCD dalam satu blok jalan. Layar tersebut menampilkan setiap produk yang tersedia di supermarket secara <em>real time<\/em>, baik&nbsp;<em>offline<\/em>&nbsp;dan&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk melakukan transaksi, pembeli hanya perlu menghubungkan panel LCD dengan aplikasi pada smartphone milliknya. Selanjutnya secara otomatis barang akan diantarkan langsung ke rumahnya. &quot;Dengan cara ini, pembeli tidak perlu lagi berdesakan untuk mengantri di supermarket. Ia hanya perlu mengunjungi spot yang tersebar di berbagai tempat dan memilih barang belanjaannya sendiri,&quot; papar Ketua Yayasan Philip Kotler Center for ASEAN Marketing ini bersemangat.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor kedua adalah perpaduan antara gaya dan substansi. Kita tidak bisa hanya fokus pada konten dari produk, tanpa memperhatikan kemasan yang menarik. Begitu juga sebaliknya, sebaik apapun sebuah produk dikemas, jika substansinya standar juga tidak akan ada yang melirik.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;<em>Selfie <\/em>adalah<em> <\/em>gaya&nbsp;bagi kebanyakan orang, namun substansi seperti apa yang dapat ditanamkan, itulah persoalannya,&quot; ungkapnya sembari menampilkan video promosi dari penyedia layanan <em>selfie <\/em>bernama Giga Selfie.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan Giga Selfie, pengguna dapat melakukan <em>selfie<\/em> dengan jangkauan pandang puluhan kilometer di sekitarnya. Prinsip dari layanan ini adalah menghubungkan <em>smartphone<\/em> pengguna dengan sebuah kamera <em>super zoom<\/em> yang diletakan pada beberapa tempat tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Perlu digarisbawahi bahwa Giga Selfie, kata Jacky, tidak hanya menawarkan gaya&nbsp;semata, namun juga substansi. Itulah mengapa produknya dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pasar.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor terakhir adalah perpaudan antara <em>Machine to Machine<\/em> (M2M) dan <em>Human to Human<\/em> (H2H). Alumnus D3 Teknik Sipil ITS ini menerangkan, di era digital, komunikasi tidak hanya terjadi dari orang ke orang saja, namun juga mesin ke mesin. &quot;Namun, percuma saja menggunakan M2M apabila dalam prosesnya tidak melibatkan faktor H2H,&quot; tutut Jacky. <\/p>\n<p>Penulis buku berjudul Perjalanan Pemikiran Konsep Pemasaran Hermawan Kartajaya ini juga mencontohkan &nbsp;kombinasi yang baik antara mesin dan manusia. Ia menunjukkan video tentang mesin ATM yang dapat memperkenalkan diri, sekaligus mengucapkan terimakasih kepada penggunanya.
