{"id":24430,"date":"2016-11-26T14:06:49","date_gmt":"2016-11-26T14:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2016\/11\/26\/pengaruh-ipk-terhadap-pekerjaan-alumni-its\/"},"modified":"2016-11-26T14:06:49","modified_gmt":"2016-11-26T14:06:49","slug":"pengaruh-ipk-terhadap-pekerjaan-alumni-its","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/pengaruh-ipk-terhadap-pekerjaan-alumni-its\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengaruh IPK Terhadap Pekerjaan Alumni ITS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Widyasuti SSi Msi, Koordinator Pusat Pengembangan Karir Stusent Advisory Center (PPK SAC) ITS, mengatakan, telah melakukan <em>tracer study<\/em> menilai pengaruh IPK alumni ITS terhadap profesinya setelah wisuda. &nbsp;<em>Tracer study<\/em> merupakan penelitian mengenai lulusan lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner oleh beberapa surveyor yang diikuti dengan analisa data oleh PPK SAC. Dari penyebaran itu, &nbsp;Widyastuti memperoleh beberapa fenomena menarik. &quot;Misalnya saja, untuk angkatan 2010, mahasiswa yang lulus dengan pujian adalah sebanyak 21.81 &nbsp;persen,&quot; ungkap Widyastuti kepada ITS online.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Lebih lanjut, menurutnya perolehan IPK rata-rata berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pekerjaan di industri. Per tahun 2010, &nbsp;rata rata IPK mahasiswa yang bekerja adalah 3.32 sedangkan yang berwirausaha memiliki IPK rata rata 3.22. Bagi yang bekerja dan berwirausaha, memiliki IPK rata rata 3.21. Ditambahkan Widyastuti, alumni yang melanjutkan studi memiliki IPK rata rata 3.41.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pun demikian, IPK juga berpengaruh terhadap kategori pekerjaan alumni ITS. Untuk perusahaan lokal, alumni ITS mimiliki IPK rata-rata 3.30. Di perusahaan nasional &nbsp;alumni ITS memiliki IPK 3.32, sedangkan yang bekerja di perusahaan multinasional, alumni ITS beroleh IPK rata-rata 3.35.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tak hanya itu, IPK pun menentukan jabatan yang diambil. Bagi alumni magang biasanya memiliki rata-rata IPK 3.31. Seorang manajer memiliki IPK 3.6. Pemilik perusahaan memiliki IPK rata-rata 3.16 dan staf perusahaan biasanya memiliki IPK 3.31.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Meski demikian &nbsp;alumni ITS membuktikan keaktifan beroganisasi tidak &nbsp;berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkatan IPK mereka. Berdasarkan survey pada subjek yang sama, mahasiswa yang sangat aktif berorganisasi beroleh rata rata IPK 3.30. Mahasiswa yang aktif memiliki rata rata IPK 3.33, sedangkan &nbsp;yang cukup aktif memiliki IPK rata rata 3.31. &nbsp;&quot;Tak selamanya organisasi bersifat mengurangi IPK mahasiswa,&quot; ujar dosen Teknik Material dan Metalurgi itu.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dikatakan Widyastuti, selain menilai kualitas alumni, data biasanya digunakan &nbsp;untuk akreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional-Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) tingkat institusi maupun &nbsp;program studi. &quot;Data tersebut berguna dalam peningkatan reputasi universitas tingkat internasional seperti The Times Higher Education, World QS Rangking, dan lain lain,&quot; pungkasnya.
