Dr Setiawan MS selaku ketua PDPM LPPM ITS mengungkapkan ITS sedang menyiapkan rencana strategi (reinstra) dalam waktu dekat. &quot;Dinas Sosial ingin punya Grand Desain untuk reinstra yang dirancang ITS,&quot; ungkapnya. <\/p>\n<p>Hal ini karena sisi marketing dan produk yang dibuat dalam program CSR Dolly sebelumnya masih rendah. &quot;Untuk itulah LPPM ITS akan mengundang Ketua Labolaturium di ITS untuk memberi imbauan agar penelitian dosen berfokus ke Reinstra tersebut,&quot; jelasnya. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya ITS akan membagi kegiatan CSR-nya berdasrkan lokasi. Yakni lokalisasi dan eks lokalisasi, dengan penekanan untuk eks lokalisasi di kawasan Gang dolly. &quot;Daerah ini mencakup Kelurahan Putatjaya Surabaya&quot; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut diskusi dalam workshop yang melibatkan Dinas sosial Surabaya, LPPM ITS, komunitas Gerakan melukis Harapan&nbsp; (GMH), hingga dosen dan mahasiswa dari beberapa kampus di Surabaya ini, perlu kontribusi dari kampus untuk merehabilitasi Dolly. &quot;Terutama dari berbagai peneliti perguruan tinggi,&quot; ujar Atiyun Najah, Anggota Dinas Sosial Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itulah ITS ditarik untuk mengadakan berbagai penelitian berbasis pengembangan Dolly. Dalam workshop disebutkan juga bahwa ITS telah menggaet partner dalam pengembangan reinstra ITS. Partner ini berasal dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Surabaya.
