Tapi justru dari situ saya jadikan motivasi,&quot; ungkap Renny.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tak hanya itu, motivasi lain ia dapatkan dari keluarga. Setiap kali akan menghadapi suatu ujian, meskipun sebuah kuis yang terbilang mudah sekalipun, Renny selalu meminta restu pada sang ibunda. &quot;Biasanya saya mengirim Ibu pesan atau menelepon untuk meminta restu,&quot; ungkap Renny.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tak lupa, dirinya juga mengunjungi makam sang Ayahanda setiap awal semester akan dimulai dan mendoakannya.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ketika diwawancara oleh ITS Online, Renny menceritakan bahwa dirinya tidak hanya fokus mengembangkan <em>hardskill<\/em>, namun ia juga mengasah <em>softskill.<\/em> Selama berkuliah, dirinya mengikuti beberapa Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM), kepanitiaan di <em>event <\/em>besar jurusan, dan ikut membantu menjadi staf ahli di Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Namun menurut Renny, <em>softskill <\/em>memanglah penting namun yang paling utama tetaplah mengasah <em>hardskill. Hardskill<\/em> tetap menjadi penilaian utama ketika melamar pekerjaan. &quot;<em>Softskill<\/em> menjadi penilaian kedua setelah <em>hardskill<\/em>,&quot; ungkap Renny.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Renny juga selalu menekankan pada dirinya untuk terus berusaha lebih keras dari yang lainnya. &quot;Ketika orang dapat berjalan satu meter, kamu harus bisa tiga meter,&quot; ucapnya beranalogi. Meski begitu, Renny berpesan untuk jangan pernah menganggap seseorang sebagai saingan, karena hasilnya hanya akan membuat perasaan tersaingi.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Berkat kerja kerasnya itulah, Renny menjadi sattu-satunya pemegang IPK tertinggi di Jurusan Tekpal selama ini. Dengan Satuan Kredit Semester (SKS) berjumlah 146, Renny mengaku bahwa nilai terendah yang ia capai selama ini yaitu AB.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;Sebenarnya saya juga baru tahu waktu yudisium. Ketika itu, Kepala Jurusan Teknik Perkapalan menyebutkan bahwa selama ITS berdiri, IPK 3.90 itu yang paling tinggi di jurusan Teknik Perkapalan,&quot; ceritanya.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Renny berhasil meraih cumlaude dengan tugas akhir berjudul <em>Aplikasi Berbasis Komputer Untuk Proses Manajemen Mutu Pada Pembangunan Kapal Baru<\/em>. Ia sendiri saat ini telah bekerja pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik.
