"Yang kami ingin berikan ke anak-anak YPAC adalah agar mereka bisa lebih mengenal budaya mereka. Itu juga bagian dari definisi Sekolah Budaya itu sendiri," tutur Khonsa Rofifah, koordinator Sekolah Budaya ITS Expo 2016. Permainan angklung memang diklaim dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan dari segi motorik melalui gerakan dan juga melalui nada angklung itu sendiri.<\/p>\n

"Saya pilih anak difabel untuk pengajaran ini karena mereka memiliki keistimewaan masing-masing. Keistimewaannya adalah rasa optimis yang bisa ditebarkan ke sekelilingnya," tutur perempuan yang kerap disapa Ofi ini.<\/p>\n

Ofi sangat berharap dapat menampilkan angklung di panggung ITS Expo bersama adik-adik penyandang difabel nantinya. "Dan semoga muncul pikiran di penonton kalau mereka aja dengan segala keterbatasnnya mampu break the limit<\/em>, kenapa kita enggak?" terangnya sumringah. <\/p>\n

Meski wadah pembelajaran ini berbentuk non-formal, acara ini direspon positif oleh adik-adik serta pihak YPAC. "Acaranya seru dan lebih rame dari tahun lalu.
