Menurutnya, dasar dari <em>reveneu<\/em> adalah inovasi. <\/p>\n<p>Inovasi yang sebenarnya ada di pikiran, bukan hanya dari lingkungan dan teknologi. &quot;Jika kita sudah menemukan sesuatu yang bagus tapi <em>nggak<\/em> masuk ke pikiran itu belum jadi inovasi,&quot; ujarnya<\/p>\n<p>Baginya, yang terpenting dari inovasi adalah bisa memberi manfaat bagi orang banyak. &quot;Masalahnya kita sering beranggapan bahwa inovasi harus menciptakan sesuatu yang besar. Padalah banyak inovasi yang justru datang dari hal yang sudah ada dan kita hanya tinggal memperbaikinya sedikit,&quot; tambahnya<\/p>\n<p>Dari pengalamannya dengan banyak pelaku UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah), hambatan yang sering ditemukan adalah anggapan bahwa diri mereka terlalu sibuk dan tidak punya waktu. Selain itu, para pengusaha tersebut juga tidak memvisualisasikan mimpi mereka. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Jika kita mau penghasilan sebulan satu milyar maka harus sudah punya gambaran lengkap, berapa <em>outlet<\/em> yang mau kita punya, berapa jumlah pegawainya, semuanya harus divisualkan biar jelas,&quot; terang alumnus UGM tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><em>Creative revenue<\/em> adalah bagaimana membuat penghasilan yang tidak biasa. Memperoleh penghasilan tidak hanya dari usaha utama tapi dari hal lainnya yang juga berjalan bersamaan. &quot;Contohnya adalah KFC yang saat ini punya penghaslian dari penjualan kaset,&quot; terang pria yang juga berprofesi sebagai dosen tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah pertama agar bisa melakuakan <em>creative revenue<\/em> adalah <em>transformasi benefit<\/em>, menentukan keuntungan apa yang akan diberikan ke orang. &quot;Contohnya kembali ke KFC tadi,&nbsp; keuntungannya berpindah tidak hanya dari penjualan ayam goreng saja,&quot; sambungnya<\/p>\n<p>Kunci inovasi yang paling bagus adalah ketika dapat membangun mimpi bawah sadar manusia. Untuk target orang tua misalnya. &quot;Kalau lihat baju bayi yang kecil-kecil itu harganya lebih mahal dari harga baju yang kalian pakai, tapi orang tua akan rela keluarkan uang untuk membelinnya. Disitu kita bangun bawah sadarnya,&quot; ujar pria yang juga penulis buku tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, hal penting lainnya adalah menciptakan <em>mutual benefit<\/em>. Banyak pelaku UKM yang pikiran pertamanya hanya untuk mencari untung saja. &quot;Saya berani jamin yang demikian&nbsp;usahanya tidak akan lama. Karena tidak melihat <em>mutual benefitnya<\/em>,&quot; ujar Silih.&nbsp; Keuntungan apa yang mau diberikan ke orang-orang, bisa berupa <em>benefit<\/em> untuk gaya hidup, bawah sadar, penghasilan, dan kepercayaan.<\/p>\n<p>Dan hal terakhir adalah branding yang harus beda otentik dengan yang lain. Ia memberi contoh lagi berupa produk&nbsp;susu yang punya branding otentik. &quot;Kalau untuk anak-anak kita tahu Dancow, untuk tulang kuat beli Anlene, untuk laki-laki biar badannya bagus minum L-Men,&quot; terangnya.
