{"id":22725,"date":"2016-03-28T04:09:11","date_gmt":"2016-03-28T04:09:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2016\/03\/28\/nanoteknologi-teknologi-terobosan-menjanjikan-2\/"},"modified":"2016-03-28T04:09:11","modified_gmt":"2016-03-28T04:09:11","slug":"nanoteknologi-teknologi-terobosan-menjanjikan-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/nanoteknologi-teknologi-terobosan-menjanjikan-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanoteknologi, Teknologi Terobosan Menjanjikan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dengan mengangkat tema Bringing Nanotekologi to Indonesia Prof Dr Heru Setyawan MEng memaparkan bahwa nanoteknologi adalahh suatu teknologi yang dikerjakan pada skala nano yang memiliki aplikasi dalam dunia nyata. &quot;Anggapan masyarakat selama ini terutama mahasiswa bahwa nanoteknologi adalah sesuatu yang kompleks padahal teknologi tersebut dapat disederhanakan dan menghasilkan keluaran canggih,&quot; ungkap Wakil Rektor ITS ini<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;Selain itu teknologi ini memilki keunggulan dapat merubah sesuatu yang tebal menjadi tipis contohnya dulu <em>handphone<\/em> berukuran besar akan tetapi sekarang sudah sangat tipis dan mudah dibawa,&quot; tambah Heru ketika disinggung mengenai keunggulan nanoteknologi<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pria lulusan Teknik Kimia ITS ini memaparkan bahwa walaupun terhitung baru tapi sangat menjajikan untuk kedepannya. &quot;Teknologi tersebut sangat baik bila dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa maupun peneliti karena dapat menambah wawasan baru. Kami pihak ITS telah memiliki Pusat Studi Material dan Nanoteknologi guna mendukung riset menganai teknologi tersebut,&quot; tegasnya<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pusat studi yang telah berdiri sejak empat tahun lalu ini menurut data dari Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ITS (LPPM ITS) pusat studi tersebut menduduki peringkat ketiga di ITS mengenai&nbsp;<em>performance&nbsp;<\/em>penelitian. &quot;Sangat senang, dari sebelumnya tidak menjadi unggulan malah sekarang telah menduduki peringkat ketiga,&quot; ujar pria kelahiran Madiun ini<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Selaku Ketua Pusat Studi Material dan Nanoteknologi di ITS, Heru menjelaskan penelitian terfokus pada empat bidang yaitu energi, pangan dan pertanian, biomedis, dan kesehatan. Produk yang sementara ini dihasilkan adalah skala lab yaitu baterai <em>litium<\/em>, baterai <em>metal r,&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;dan yang masih dalam pengembangan material anti radar yang digunakan untuk kapal selam, dan berbagai bentuk katalis. &quot;Sementara ini jurusan terbanyak yang bekerjasama melakukan riset adalah Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Material dan Metalurgi, Fisika, Teknik Fisika, dan Kimia,&quot; jelasnya<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;Pusat studi kami juga mengembangkan mengenai <em>drug lutary sys<\/em>, yaitu obat yang dikeluarkan secara perlahan di dalam tubuh sehingga tidak perlu lagi minum obat berkali-kali.
