Berbeda dengan <em>workshop<\/em> persediaan atau aset lancar yang rutin dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun, <em>Workshop <\/em>SIM Aset ini terfokus pada pelaporan barang inventaris ITS. Barang inventaris itu meliputi aset tetap seperti tanah, bangunan, gedung, peralatan, jaringan, dan aset tetap lainnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;<em>Workshop<\/em> ini pertama kalinya digelar sebagai sosialisasi tentang SIM baru dan persiapan penyusunan laporan,&quot; terang Agus Dwi Purwolastono M Acc Ak selaku Kepala Sub Bagian Pelaporan, Bagian Akuntansi BKSP ITS. Pasalnya SIM aset yang digunakan sebelumnya berbasis desktop dan diperbaharui menjadi sistem web.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dengan sistem baru ini, SIM aset telah terintegrasi dengan sistem akuntansi dan keuangan ITS serta sistem milik Kementrian Keuangan. &quot;Dulu dengan sistem desktop, masih harus mengentri data tiga kali sesuai kriteria laporan,&quot; jelas Agus.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Lebih lanjut pria, yang menempuh pendidikan S2 di Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) ini menjelaskan laporan keuangan yang dibuat terdiri dari tiga standar yakni standar Kementrian Keuangan, standar Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI), dan laporan internal ITS. Dengan adanya sistem web ini, dalam satu kali pengentrian data, SIM telah terintegrasi menjadi tiga standar tersebut.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tak hanya itu, mengenai aplikasi yang digunakan oleh SIM aset ini didesain langsung oleh ITS melalui kerjasama BKSP dengan Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (LPTSI) ITS. &quot;Kami sebagai tim akuntansi sebagai konseptor sedang LPTSI sebagai kreatornya,&quot; ungkap Agus.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Terlaksananya <em>workshop<\/em> ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pelaporan keuangan ITS yang lebih akuntabel. &quot;Mengingat ITS juga telah menyandang status Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Berbadan Hukum (PTN-BH) maka diharapkan aplikasi ini juga akan digunakan untuk selanjutnya,&quot; tutur alumni Universitas WR Supratman ini.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Adanya status PTN-BH membuat ITS sudah tidak memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan pelaporan keuangan pada Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia (RI). &quot;Jadi sebaik mungkin kita harus mengelola laporan keuangan kita, karena itu juga wajah ITS di masyarakat,&quot; pungkas Agus.
