Namun, peserta yang lolos untuk diambil darahnya tidak mencapai 200 orang. &quot;Kalau <em>part<\/em> satu kemarin cuma disediakan 100 kantong, sekarang kami menyediakan 300,&quot; paparnya kepada ITS Online.<\/p>\n<p>Dua UTD yang digandeng ITS adalah Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Surabaya dan PMI dr. Soetomo. PMI Surabaya mengambil darah dari pukul 08.30 WIB hingga 11.30 WIB, sedangkan PMI dr. Soetomo mengambil darah dari pukul 12.00 hingga pukul 16.00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Upaya panitia mengantisipasi pembeludakan pendonor tersebut membuahkan hasil. Terbukti dari jumlah kantong darah yang berhasil masuk adalah sebanyak 219 kantong dari kuota yang disediakan sebanyak 300 kantong.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sempat Pingsan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ada cerita menarik di balik membeludaknya peserta Donor Darah Part Dua. Pasalnya, beberapa peserta sempat mengalami pingsan dan mual setelah mendonorkan darahnya. &quot;Kalau pingsan itu tergantung kekuatan orang. Biasanya dari pengaruh takut atau kondisi tubuh yang lemah,&quot; jelas Ari menanggapi peristiwa tersebut. <\/p>\n<p>Meski demikian, Ari tetap berharap kegiatan donor darah selanjutnya di ITS dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam membantu sesama dengan mendonorkan darah. &quot;Karena kebutuhan darah di Indonesia terutama di Surabaya masih kurang,&quot; ungkap mahasiswa asal Bojonegoro ini.
