Kreshna, manajer tim mengaku bahwa semua bagian mobil merupakan hasil karya tim sendiri. &quot;Pembuatannya terinspirasi dari tetesan air dan kereta api cepat Maglev karena pertimbangan biaya dan kemudahan dalam proses pembuatan,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, desain rangka BUE menggunakan hollow aluminium yang berukuran tebal 1 milimeter, panjang 5 sentimeter, dan lebar 2 sentimeter. Bodi mobil berukuran panjang 2.300 milimeter. &quot;Lapisan tubuh mobil selebar 700 milimeter dan tinggi rangka 1000 milimeter. Semuanya, terbuat dari fiber dan allumunium custom,&#8221; lanjutnya<\/p>\n<p>Di bawah bimbingan Ir Joko Sarsetiyanto MT, tim ini mulai bekerja sejak awal Januari 2014. Pertengahan Oktober lalu, mobil berwarna putih ini turut meramaikan ajang kompetisi Indonesia Energy Marathon Challenge (IEMC) 2014 yang digelar di Sirkuit Kenjeran Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Meski hanya sampai meraih posisi Juara Harapan I Kategori Urban, namun Kreshna tetap optimis dengan kelanjutan mobil etanol ini. Menurutnya, dengan rasio kompresi mobil 1:12 dan penggunaan busi platinum, mobil ini layak bersaing dengan mobil lainnya. &#8221;Saat ini kami sedang me-<em>lobby<\/em> pihak sponsor untuk mempertimbangkan ide mobil buatan kami,&#8221; ujar Mahasiswa angkatan 2012 tersebut.
