{"id":18710,"date":"2014-04-21T11:44:45","date_gmt":"2014-04-21T11:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2014\/04\/21\/tertibkan-penggunaan-ruang-sidang-rektorat\/"},"modified":"2014-04-21T11:44:45","modified_gmt":"2014-04-21T11:44:45","slug":"tertibkan-penggunaan-ruang-sidang-rektorat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/tertibkan-penggunaan-ruang-sidang-rektorat\/","title":{"rendered":"Tertibkan Penggunaan Ruang Sidang Rektorat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tata tertib penggunaan ruang sidang di Rektorat tersebut dikeluarkan melalui surat edaran Wakil Rektor III ITS Bidang SDM, Organisasi, dan Teknologi Sistem Informasi dengan nomor: 009759\/IT2.10\/TU.00.02\/2014. Ruang sidang di gedung Rektorat yang bisa digunakan untuk beberapa kegiatan terdapat di lantai I dan II.<\/p>\n<p>Di lantai I terdiri dari Ruang Sidang Utama dengan kapasitas 200 orang, Ruang Sidang Depan Depan kapasitas 50 orang, dan Ruang Makan kapasitas 50 orang. Sedangkan yang di lantai II terdiri dari Ruang Sidang Senat kapasitas 60 orang, Ruang Sidang Rapat Pimpinan (Rapim) kapasitas 23 orang, dan dua Ruang Sidang Wakil Rektor masing-masing berkapasitas 16 orang.<\/p>\n<p>Hanya ruang sidang di lantai I yang bisa digunakan oleh seluruh sivitas akademika ITS pada hari kerja dan tidak dikenakan biaya. Sedangkan untuk ruang sidang yang berada di lantai II hanya khusus dipergunakan untuk kegiatan rapat dan penerimaan tamu dinas pimpinan rektorat.<\/p>\n<p>Prosedur untuk penggunaan ruang sidang lantai I tersebut dengan mengajukan permohonan yang ditujukan kepada Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha dan Kerumahtanggaan ITS. Didahului dengan konfirmasi ruang sidang ke Kepala Sub Bagian (Kasubbag) Kerumahtanggaan (Sugeng Pranoto) di lantai IUI gedung Rektorat dengan telepon extention 1338.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila ada kegiatan mendesak oleh pimpinan Rektorat ITS, maka pengguna yang telah terdaftar harus bersedia dibatalkan atau jika masih memungkinkan akan diberi solusi untuk dipindahkan ke tempat lain. Apabila pengguna ruang sidang dengan sangat terpaksa harus melaksanakan kegiatan hari Sabtu atau Minggu, maka wajib melibatkan penjaga ruang, petugas teknisi listrik dan AC, serta pertugas kebersihan dengan memberikan dana lembur mengacu pada PO ITS.<\/p>\n<p>Pengguna ruang sidang di lantai I harus menanggung segala kerusakan peralatan dan perlengkapan yang timbul akibat penggunaan ruang sidang tersebut.
