Masing-masing perusahaan pun mengungkapkan beberapa tips untuk menembus setiap tahapan seleksi dalam rekrutmen mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Hendri H dari kangean energy mengatakan bahwa untuk memasuki perusahaan kelas internasional, mahasiswa harus memiliki bekal yang sifatnya internasional. &quot;Diperlukan keahlian berbahasa inggris yang baik,&quot; ungkapnya. Tidak hanya itu, mahasiswa harus memiliki kemampuan <em>hardskill<\/em> dan <em>softskill<\/em> yang seimbang. Dan yang terpenting adalah memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Apalagi pada tahun 2015 akan dimulai gelaran ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) yang membebaskan para pekerja dari ASEAN untuk berkerja di Indonesia. Namun, menurutnya, Kangean Energy akan lebih memprioritaskan mahasiswa lulusan Indonesia. &quot;Yang perlu dipersiapkan mahasiswa adalah ketangguhan dalam berkompetisi dalam masuk kerja,&quot; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lain halnya dengan tips dari Bayu Permadi,&nbsp;Kepala Human Resources Department (HRD) Total E&amp;P. Ia&nbsp;menuturkan bahwa untuk seleksi tahap psikotes, mahasiswa dianjurkan sedang dalam keadaan segar dan dalam kondisi terbaiknya.&nbsp;Menurutnya, tips untuk lolos di tahap <em>interview<\/em> ialah menjadi diri sendiri dan melakukan yang terbaik.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Muhammad Nurdin dari Exxon Mobile Cepu&nbsp;menjelaskan bahwa kekurangan mahasiswa ITS untuk bersaing di perusahaan multinasional ialah&nbsp;kurang percaya diri. &quot;Kebanyakan mahasiswa ITS tidak lolos tahap <em>interview <\/em>karena terlalu lama menjawab ketika dilakukan tes bahasa inggris,&quot; ujarnya. Saran dari Nurdin untuk mahasiswa ITS ialah lebih meningkatkan<em>&nbsp;<\/em>kemampuan berbahasa inggrisnya.
