Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk mengelola data kehadiran karyawan dan melihat rekapitulasi tunjangan kinerja pegawai. Waktu kehadiran dan pulang pegawai secara otomatis akan tercatat. Data itu digunakan sebagai dasar memberi nilai tunjangan kinerja.<\/p>\n<p>Hadirnya Aplikasi Tunkin diharapkan dapat memudahkan perhitungan tunjangan kinerja pegawai, baik PNS maupun honorer. Terlebih, ITS melihat saat ini masih banyak pegawai yang tidak mematuhi aturan jam kerja. Masih banyak pegawai yang datang lebih dari jam 07.30 atau pulang sebelum jam 16.00.<\/p>\n<p>Selain mengelola data absensi karyawan, aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan pegawai untuk mengecek pengumuman dan melihat rekap tunjangan kinerja secara mandiri nantinya. Dengan diberlakukannya aplikasi ini, diharapkan tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai di lingkungan ITS dapat lebih ditingkatkan.<\/p>\n<p>Perhitungan rekap tunjangan oleh sistem ini tidak akan mengenal istilah kompromi. Pegawai harus berhati-hati, karena nantinya bisa mengalami terlambat satu menit saja sudah akan berefek pada tunjangan kinerja yang akan diterimanya.
