Ia mewanti-wanti kepada para mahasiswa agar senantiasa menjaga kesehatan. &quot;Kesehatan itu sangat berharga,&quot; imbuhnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, ada empat langkah agar mahasiswa itu bisa menjadi lebih sehat dalam hidupnya. Pertama, harus selalu beripikir positif dalam hidup. &quot;Jangan karena kita memiliki penyakit kita langsung berpikir yang tidak-tidak,&quot; ucapnya. Kedua, melakukan pola hidup sehat dengan cara memakan makanan yang memiliki nilai gizi yang cukup.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, mahasiswa itu harus peduli dengan dirinya. &quot;Bila manusia sudah peduli dengan dirinya pastinya ia akan benar-benar menjaga kesehatannya,&quot; tambahnya. Terakhir, jika ketiga kebiasaan diatas sudah dilalui maka manusia yang sehat itu tentunya akan peduli juga dengan keadaan lingkungan disekitarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar yang dilaksanakan di ruang sidang D3 Mesin itu cukup menarik perhatian para mahasiswa. Peserta yang turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan itu ada sekitar 55 orang. Tak jarang dalam seminar yang berlangsung selama tiga jam itu para peserta mengajukan berbagai pertanyaan terkait kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Tania Rahma, ketua panitia pun menuturkan bahwa dengan adanya seminar ini para peserta diharapkan dapat mengetahui kondisi kesehatannya. &quot;Kami ingin mahasiswa tahu bagaimana caranya supaya bisa hidup lebih sehat lagi,&quot; tutur mahasiswa Jurusan Sistem Informasi itu.
