{"id":18421,"date":"2012-10-31T11:09:19","date_gmt":"2012-10-31T11:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2012\/10\/31\/pembuatan-master-plan-tik-its\/"},"modified":"2012-10-31T11:09:19","modified_gmt":"2012-10-31T11:09:19","slug":"pembuatan-master-plan-tik-its","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/pembuatan-master-plan-tik-its\/","title":{"rendered":"Pembuatan Master Plan TIK ITS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Untuk itu, dalam rancangan terintegrasinya, semua sistem e-layanan di ITS akan dimuarakan atau berpusat pada sebuah web portal yang disebut dengan portal its.ac.id. Dengan konsep akses terpusat, <em>stakeholders<\/em> ITS akan lebih mudah dan cepat dalam menemukan e-layanan dan informasi yang ada di ITS. Terdapat tiga klaster e-layanan yang menjadi pondasi pembangunan layanan-layanan di ITS, yaitu klaster Akademik, klaster Keuangan, dan klaster Sumber Daya.<\/p>\n<p>ITS menyadari salah satu kekayaan yang tidak ternilai harganya yaitu pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang ada di ITS antara lain hasil penelitian, bahan pengajaran, karya produk unggulan, prosedur pengelolaan organisasi, dan lain-lain. Untuk itu, pengelolaan pengetahuan di ITS masih perlu penataan dari aspek kebijakan, standarisasi bentuk dokumentasi pengetahuan, dan prosedur pendokumentasiannya. <\/p>\n<p><em>Repository<\/em> pengetahuan di ITS saat ini sudah cukup baik, salah satunya adalah digilib.its.ac.id yang merupakan repositori hasil tugas akhir\/thesis\/disertasi dan publikasi ilmiah di ITS. Sedangkan bahan ajar dan modul-modul pengajaran dapat dilihat pada share.its.ac.id. Dalam rancangan ke depan, <em>repository-repository<\/em> tersebut akan dapat diakses melalui sebuah sistem pengelolaan yang dikenal dengan brain.its.ac.id. <\/p>\n<p>Dengan integrasi pengelolaan pengetahuan melalui brain.its.ac.id, pengguna yang ingin mencari pengetahuan atau ahli\/personel yang ada di ITS akan dengan mudah mendapatkannya. Dalam rancangan pengetahuan di ITS, berbagai pengetahuan terkait pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat akan dapat dikelola dengan terintegrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam konsep integrasi di ITS, keterpaduan <em>database<\/em> merupakan syarat mutlak dan harus didukung dengan kemutakhiran data serta mekanisme pengelolaan <em>database<\/em> ITS.&nbsp; Badan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (BTSI) telah mulai membangun Pangkalan Data ITS (PDITS) yang juga mempertimbangkan keselarasan rancangan struktur <em>database<\/em> dengan Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PDPT) yang dikembangkan oleh Dikti. <\/p>\n<p>Dengan mengacu pada kamus data Dikti, BTSI mulai mendefinisikan dan merumuskan kamus data yang nantinya akan menjadi acuan tunggal dan utama dalam pengembangan <em>database<\/em> di ITS. Integrasi dan keselarasan <em>database<\/em> di ITS merupakan salah satu target reformasi tata kelola teknologi sistem informasi (TSI) di kampus ITS. Salah satu kegiatan nyata yang dilakukan oleh BTSI dan Biro SDMO menuju <em>Single Source of Data<\/em> di ITS adalah pelaksanaan pemutakhiran data kepegawaian yang dilakukan pada tahun 2012 ini.
