Di antaranya ialah ITS, ITB, UB, UGM, UPN Surabaya, UNS, PNB, dan UI. Di samping itu, masih ada Universitas Teknologi Petronas yang merupakan perwakilan asal negeri sebrang.<\/p>\n<p>Pemenang lomba ICECC ini terbagi menjadi dua kategori yakni kategori Poster dan kategori mobil terbaik. Untuk kategori poster ITS menduduki juara pertama. Sedangkan untuk kategori mobil, dua kontingen ITS menduduki tempat kedua dan ketiga. Mereka adalah mobil Spektronik 8 dan Spektronik 7.<\/p>\n<p>Prof Dr Juwari ST M Eng mengatakan, Chem-E-car merupakan titik awal inovasi mahasiswa dalam bidang energi. &quot;Sekarang inovasi sangat dibanggakan, karena kian hari jumlah energi semakin langka,&quot; ujar dosen ITS yang juga mengajar di Malaysia ini.<\/p>\n<p>Widhio Setyo Nugroho, ketua Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia (Himatekk) ITS, menambahkan semakin maraknya perusahaan asing yang mengeksploitasi bumi Indonesia akan mengakibatkan persediaan sumber daya alam menipis. Sehingga masyarakat harus sadar dan bangkit dengan cara berinovasi di bidang teknologi . &quot;Salah satunya inovasi mobil yang menggunakan bahan bakar kimia sebagai bahan bakunya,&quot; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Binsar D A Nababan, ketua pelaksana Chernival, mengatakan acara Chernival kali ini berbeda dengan sebelumnya.
