PSi Yulistiyani Rahayu, dari  Jakarta  Consulting Group.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Jangan melamar dengan tangan hampa. Tidak mempunyai referensi menunjang. Hanya sia &#8211; sia,&quot; Lanjut Yuli. &quot;Yang terpenting, kenalilah diri anda. Pelajarilah diri anda,&quot; kata Yulistiyani. Perusahaan akan mengetahui potensi diri dari CV dan saat wawancara. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Sebagai contoh, Perusahaan lebih memilih orang yang perfeksionis (serba sempurna) seperti yang tertulis dalam CV untuk pekerjaan Accaunting daripada yang kurang teliti,&quot; kata Victor, salah satu tim konsultan.&quot;Tapi jangan langsung meniru yang saya kemukakan ini pada saat melamar,&quot; tambahnya sambil diikuti senyum peserta. <\/p>\n<p>Seminar yang diikuti lebih kurang 350 peserta ini lebih menekankan kepada diri peserta sebagai calon pelamar.
