Sebab, biasanya sistem kaderisasi di ITS dilaksanalan dalam kurun waktu yang lebih lama. Sedangkan OK2BK hanya berlangsung seminggu. Hal ini pun membuat HMJ harus merubah program agar sesuai dengan ketentuan OK2BK.<\/p>\n<p>Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Computer (Teknik Informatika, red). Hawari Rahman, Ketua HMTC mengakui bahwa HMTC termasuk satu dari HMJ yang mengubah program. &quot;Ini tantangannya. Bagaimana memasukkan nilai yang ingin ditanamkan dalam waktu yang singkat,&#8221; ujarnya. <\/p>\n<p>Hal yang sama juga terjadi di Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia (Himatekk). Waktu yang singkat membuat mereka harus beradu konsep dengan jurusan agar bisa menentukan konsep tepat bagi maba. &quot;Kami harus memikirkan apa saja pencapaian yang bisa mereka dapat,&quot; jelas Widhio Setyo Nugroho, Ketua Himatekk.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Widhio menceritakan bahwa OK2BK di Teknik Kimia dikemas dalam kegiatan semacam. Rupanya, beberapa HMJ lain juga menerapkan konsep serupa. Kegiatan yang berlangsung sejak Senin (2\/9) itu juga tak melulu berada di dalam ruangan. Kegiatan <em>outdoor <\/em>berupa <em>game<\/em> atau penugasan juga turut diselipkan.<\/p>\n<p>Ia pun berharap setelah OK2BK maba bisa menjadi mahasiswa yang pro aktif. &quot;Mereka harus memiliki mental yang kuat sehingga bisa mengembangkan kemampuannya masing,&quot; imbuh Widhio.
