Gerakan satu atau lebih objek itu diambil sampelnya berkali-kali per detik. &#8221;Proses ini lebih efisien daripada proses&nbsp;<em>keyframe,<\/em>&#8221; ungkap Ahmad Ihsan, panitia Festival Animasi 2013.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ihsan menambahkan, <em>mocap<\/em> yang sedang marak digandrungi ini punya banyak keunggulan. Yaitu waktu yang digunakan lebih cepat dan bahkan hasil secara <em>real time <\/em>bisa didapatkan. Dalam aplikasi hiburan, kemampuan ini dapat mengurangi biaya dari animasi berbasis <em>keyframe<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Selain itu, jumlah data animasi yang bisa diproduksi dalam waktu yang diberikan sangatlah besar saat dibandingkan dengan teknik animasi tradisional. Hal ini berkontribusi dalam keefektifan biaya dan mencapai <em>deadline<\/em> produksi. &#8221;Oleh karena tingkat kecepatan itulah, membuat teknologi <em>mocap<\/em> banyak digunakan,&#8221; ujar mahasiswa asal Aceh ini<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Setelah mendapat materi seminar, peserta mendapat kesempatan untuk mendemonstrasikan <em>mocap<\/em> mereka. Panitia memberi waktu dua jam untuk menyelesaikan animasi singkat sesuai ide masing-masing peserta. Mereka menggunakan satu kamera <em>Kinect X-Box.<\/em> Padahal idealnya paling tidak ada dua yang ditempakkan di depan dan belakang objek. &#8221;Dua kamera itu digunakan untuk menghasilkan gambar yang lebih nyata dan tiga dimensi,&#8221; ungkap mahasiswa S2 <em>Game Tech<\/em> Elektro ITS ini.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ia berharap kelak peserta dapat mengaplikasikan materi <em>workshop<\/em> secara langsung, tidak hanya teori semata. Acara yang bertajuk <em>On The Spot 2<\/em>ini mengakhiri <em>workshop<\/em> untuk hari ini.
